【摘要】：多個(gè)電氣用戶共用交流輸電路徑時(shí),能否正確計(jì)算各自對(duì)輸電路徑的使用份額系數(shù),關(guān)乎電力系統(tǒng)許多技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的客觀公正解決。然而,該問題目前尚未取得達(dá)成共識(shí)的解決方法。經(jīng)重新審視發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)有方法的研究思路普遍基于交流電路有關(guān)物理量的平均值、從相量分析的角度構(gòu)造電氣份額(electrical share,ES)計(jì)算關(guān)系,該思路可能從一開始就為方法存在理論缺陷埋下了隱患。文中回歸到從交流電路瞬時(shí)值角度探討問題的解決之道:先由交流電氣用戶和輸電路徑上的瞬時(shí)功率或瞬時(shí)電流的實(shí)際分布(包括方向和數(shù)值)情況,定義瞬時(shí)ES系數(shù),再對(duì)瞬時(shí)ES系數(shù)求特定時(shí)間周期內(nèi)的平均值。先求待研究物理量的瞬時(shí)值再求其平均值的計(jì)算方式,符合對(duì)任意連續(xù)時(shí)間過程相關(guān)物理量的一般評(píng)估思路。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)交流輸電路徑受端節(jié)點(diǎn)聯(lián)接等效負(fù)荷用戶(或送端節(jié)點(diǎn)聯(lián)接等效電源用戶)、送端節(jié)點(diǎn)聯(lián)接電源和負(fù)荷用戶、受端節(jié)點(diǎn)聯(lián)接電源和負(fù)荷用戶幾種方式,給出了不同用戶使用輸電路徑的瞬時(shí)ES系數(shù)和平均ES系數(shù)解析計(jì)算關(guān)系。理論檢驗(yàn)和數(shù)值算例對(duì)比分析結(jié)果表明,源于瞬時(shí)值解析得出的ES系數(shù)計(jì)算方法,更具理論正確性,有可能盡早使問題取得共識(shí)性成果。
[Abstract]:It is important to solve many technical and economic problems of power system whether the share coefficient of transmission path can be calculated correctly when many electric users share AC transmission path. However, there is no consensus solution to the problem. After re-examination, it is found that the existing research ideas are generally based on the average of the relevant physical quantities in AC circuits, and the calculation relationship of electrical shares is constructed from the angle of phasor analysis. This idea may have buried hidden trouble for the theoretical defect of the method from the beginning. This paper returns to the solution of the problem from the point of view of the instantaneous value of AC circuit. Firstly, the instantaneous es coefficient is defined by the actual distribution of instantaneous power or instantaneous current (including direction and value) on AC electric users and transmission paths. Then, the average value of the instantaneous es coefficient in a given time period is obtained. The method of calculating the instantaneous value of the physical quantity to be studied and then the average value is in line with the general evaluation idea of the physical quantity related to any continuous time process. On this basis, aiming at several ways of connecting the equivalent load user (or the sending node to the equivalent power user), the sending node connecting the power supply and load user, the receiving node connecting the power supply and the load user, the receiving node is connected with the power supply and load user. The relationship between the instantaneous es coefficients and the average es coefficients of different users using transmission paths is given. The results of theoretical test and numerical examples show that the calculation method of es coefficient derived from instantaneous value analysis is more accurate and may make the problem reach consensus results as soon as possible.
