集中充電站電池儲能系統(tǒng)并網(wǎng)影響研究

【摘要】:儲能電站接入電網(wǎng)具有改善電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量、提高電力系統(tǒng)可靠性、參與電網(wǎng)的“削峰填谷”等的重要功能。另一方面,既使用電能又充當電能存儲裝置的動力電池作為分布式儲能裝置直接接入配電網(wǎng)后會引入各種擾動,引起系統(tǒng)電壓波動、頻率偏差和諧波等電能質(zhì)量問題。如何通過調(diào)整集中充電站電池儲能系統(tǒng)的并網(wǎng)方式,盡可能得發(fā)揮儲能電站的功能,提高其經(jīng)濟利用率的同時實現(xiàn)與系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定并網(wǎng),亟需深入探討。本文主要通過現(xiàn)有的電力系統(tǒng)軟件,以杭州市濱江集中充換電站為實例建立儲能電站模型,結(jié)合理論與儲能電站接入前后的仿真結(jié)果,從儲能電站接入對配電網(wǎng)可靠性、電能質(zhì)量、電壓及調(diào)峰三方面的影響展開研究。在現(xiàn)有的電力系統(tǒng)軟件下,德國亞琛大學的電力系統(tǒng)可靠性軟件RAMSES適用于評估配電網(wǎng)的可靠性;PSCAD軟件下能夠用于衡量配電網(wǎng)的電能質(zhì)量情況;DIgSILENT軟件適合建立儲能模型,以此分析儲能電站對配網(wǎng)潮流和調(diào)壓的作用。在對應軟件下建立儲能電站的模型,通過儲能電站接入前后的仿真結(jié)果比較進行分析。
[Abstract]:The access of energy storage power station to the power network has the important functions of improving the power quality, improving the reliability of the power system and participating in the "cutting peak and filling the valley" of the power network. On the other hand, the power battery, which uses both electric energy and energy storage device as a distributed energy storage device, will introduce a variety of disturbances into the distribution network, which will lead to power quality problems such as voltage fluctuation, frequency deviation and harmonics. How to adjust the grid-connected mode of battery energy storage system in centralized charging station, how to exert the function of energy storage power station as much as possible, and how to improve its economic utilization ratio and realize the stable grid connection with the system, need to be deeply discussed. Based on the existing power system software, the model of the storage power station is established with the example of Hangzhou Binjiang centralized charging power station. Combining with the theory and the simulation results before and after the access of the energy storage power station, the reliability of the distribution network is obtained from the access of the energy storage power station. The effects of power quality, voltage and peak regulation are studied. Under the existing power system software, the power system reliability software RAMSES of the University of Aachen in Germany is suitable for evaluating the reliability of the distribution network. Under the software RAMSES, it can be used to measure the power quality of the distribution network. The effect of energy storage power station on power flow and voltage regulation of distribution network is analyzed. The model of the energy storage power station is established under the corresponding software, and the simulation results before and after the access of the energy storage power station are compared and analyzed.
