【摘要】：針對(duì)具有多種類型業(yè)務(wù)需求的智能電網(wǎng)儲(chǔ)能控制問題,在考慮業(yè)務(wù)需求和用戶行為的隨機(jī)分布特性,以及儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備的充放電特性的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了基于半馬爾可夫控制過程的系統(tǒng)分析模型和策略優(yōu)化框架。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的長期平均代價(jià)最小為目標(biāo),結(jié)合性能勢基于樣本軌道的估計(jì),提出一種基于仿真的策略迭代優(yōu)化算法。該算法有效緩解了系統(tǒng)大狀態(tài)空間導(dǎo)致的維數(shù)災(zāi)問題,具有較快的收斂速度和良好的應(yīng)用效果。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of energy storage control in smart grid with various types of service requirements, considering the stochastic distribution characteristics of service requirements and user behavior, and the charge-discharge characteristics of energy storage equipment, the energy storage system is designed. The system analysis model and policy optimization framework based on semi-Markov control process are established. On this basis, a strategy iterative optimization algorithm based on simulation is proposed to minimize the long-term average cost of power grid operation, combined with the estimation of performance potential based on sample trajectory. This algorithm effectively alleviates the problem of dimensionality disaster caused by large state space of the system, and has a fast convergence rate and a good application effect. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.
