含大規(guī)模海上風(fēng)電接入的海南省電源規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著我國風(fēng)電裝機容量的快速增長,風(fēng)電接入對于電網(wǎng)的影響也日益突出,,風(fēng)電接入容量會受到既有電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與電源組成的約束,改善電網(wǎng)的電源結(jié)構(gòu)有利于提高電網(wǎng)內(nèi)風(fēng)力發(fā)電的允許接入比例。海南省電源結(jié)構(gòu)以煤電為主,在定位于建設(shè)國際生態(tài)旅游島之后節(jié)能減排壓力較大,但是由于其地理位置較為特殊而海上風(fēng)電資源開發(fā)潛力巨大。研究海南省現(xiàn)有電網(wǎng)風(fēng)電消納能力,并基于海上風(fēng)電發(fā)展研究研究海南省的未來的電源發(fā)展規(guī)劃,對建設(shè)海南省國際生態(tài)旅游島具有較大意義。論文的主要工作如下: 1.基于已有的數(shù)值天氣預(yù)報NWP的風(fēng)速信息研究了規(guī)劃中海上風(fēng)電場的風(fēng)資源情況,并在此基礎(chǔ)上通過風(fēng)電出力模擬的方法研究了規(guī)劃中海上風(fēng)電場的出力特性,重點給出了海南省規(guī)劃風(fēng)電場出力的分布特性、反調(diào)峰特性以及波動特性。 2.論文根據(jù)永磁直驅(qū)風(fēng)電機組的工作原理與控制策略建立了基于同步旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標系的風(fēng)電機組的數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用EMTDC/PSCAD仿真軟件搭建了永磁直驅(qū)風(fēng)電系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型;在此基礎(chǔ)上利用時域仿真方式研究了海上風(fēng)電的規(guī)模接入對于海南省較為薄弱的北部電網(wǎng)靜態(tài)和暫態(tài)電壓穩(wěn)定性的影響。 3.從理論上分析了風(fēng)電接入對于電網(wǎng)頻率穩(wěn)定性的影響,特別是考慮到基于永磁直驅(qū)風(fēng)電機組的海上風(fēng)電場缺乏慣性和頻率響應(yīng)能力,研究了風(fēng)電滲透率的增加對于電網(wǎng)動態(tài)頻率特性以及電網(wǎng)旋轉(zhuǎn)備用需求的影響。 4.結(jié)合海南省的電源發(fā)展要求,給出了海南省未來電源發(fā)展的思路以及電源規(guī)劃的主要目標。并利用基于序貫蒙特卡洛模擬的隨機生產(chǎn)模擬方法研究了在給定的電源結(jié)構(gòu)與風(fēng)電容量規(guī)劃下抽蓄電站等調(diào)節(jié)電源裝機容量規(guī)劃的一般方法,并結(jié)合海南省已有的電源發(fā)展規(guī)劃,給出了到海南省“十三五”期間海上風(fēng)電及抽水蓄能電站的容量規(guī)劃以及相應(yīng)的建設(shè)進度建議。 本文緊扣海南省海上風(fēng)電發(fā)展的兩個主要問題:風(fēng)電接入的影響以及風(fēng)電接入后調(diào)節(jié)電源的協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃問題進行研究,取得了一些初步成果,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of wind power installed capacity in China, the influence of wind power access on the power network is becoming increasingly prominent, and the wind power access capacity will be constrained by the existing grid structure and power supply composition. Improving the power supply structure is beneficial to increase the allowable access ratio of wind power generation in the power grid. The power supply structure of Hainan Province is dominated by coal and electricity, and the pressure of energy saving and emission reduction is great after the construction of international eco-tourism island. However, because of its special geographical location, offshore wind power resources development has great potential. It is of great significance for the construction of international eco-tourism island in Hainan Province to study the wind power absorption capacity of the existing power grid in Hainan Province and the future power supply development planning of Hainan Province based on the offshore wind power development research. The main work of the thesis is as follows: 1. Based on the wind speed information of the existing numerical weather forecast (NWP), the wind resources of the offshore wind farm in the planning are studied, and the wind power generation characteristics of the offshore wind farm in the planning are studied by the wind power generation simulation method. The distribution characteristics of wind farm output, the characteristics of backpeak-shaving and fluctuation of wind farm in Hainan Province are emphatically given. 2. According to the working principle and control strategy of permanent magnet direct drive wind turbine, the mathematical model of wind turbine based on synchronous rotating coordinate system is established in this paper, and the mathematical model of permanent magnet direct drive wind power system is built by using EMTDC/PSCAD simulation software. Based on this, the influence of the scale access of offshore wind power on the static and transient voltage stability of the weak northern power grid in Hainan Province is studied by time-domain simulation. 3. The influence of wind power access on power grid frequency stability is analyzed theoretically, especially considering the lack of inertia and frequency response of offshore wind farm based on permanent magnet direct drive wind turbine. The influence of the increase of wind power permeability on the dynamic frequency characteristics of power grid and the demand of power grid rotation reserve is studied. 4. According to the requirements of power supply development in Hainan province, the ideas of future power supply development and the main goals of power supply planning in Hainan Province are given. Using the stochastic production simulation method based on sequential Monte Carlo simulation, a general method for planning the installed capacity of the regulating power sources such as the pumped storage power station under the given power supply structure and wind power capacity planning is studied. Combined with the existing power source development plan in Hainan Province, the capacity planning of offshore wind power and pumped storage power stations and corresponding construction progress suggestions are given during the 13th Five-Year Plan period in Hainan Province. This paper focuses on the two main problems of offshore wind power development in Hainan Province: the influence of wind power access and the coordinated planning of regulating power supply after wind power access. Some preliminary results have been obtained and have certain practical significance.
