充換電站儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)模糊雙目標(biāo)優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法

【摘要】:由于充換電站用電量存在明顯的波動(dòng)性,在充換電站建立儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)是改善充換電站負(fù)荷穩(wěn)定性的重要途徑.為使儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)充分發(fā)揮其作用,本文提出了考慮負(fù)荷平抑和用電經(jīng)濟(jì)性雙重目標(biāo)下的儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)出力優(yōu)化策略,對(duì)雙目標(biāo)進(jìn)行加權(quán)模糊處理,使雙目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題.另外,在優(yōu)化模型的約束條件中考慮了不間斷電源功率需求和定時(shí)定荷電狀態(tài)(SOC)的限制,從而具有更大的實(shí)際意義.本文使用粒子群算法進(jìn)行求解,并結(jié)合某實(shí)際智能電網(wǎng)綜合建設(shè)工程數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)該雙目標(biāo)優(yōu)化策略進(jìn)行仿真分析,驗(yàn)證了該策略的優(yōu)化效果及可行性.
[Abstract]:Because of the obvious fluctuation of power consumption in recharge power station, it is an important way to improve the load stability of recharge power station to establish energy storage system in recharge power station. In order to give full play to the function of energy storage system, this paper puts forward an optimization strategy of energy storage system under the dual objectives of load suppression and power economy, and carries out weighted fuzzy processing of double targets. The dual objective optimization problem is transformed into a single objective optimization problem. In addition, the constraints of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and fixed state of state (SOC) are taken into account in the constraints of the optimization model, so it has more practical significance. In this paper, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the simulation analysis of the dual-objective optimization strategy is carried out based on the actual smart grid construction data, which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the strategy.
