【摘要】：磁性齒輪復(fù)合電機(jī)無(wú)論是機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)還是磁路結(jié)構(gòu),均比普通永磁同步電機(jī)復(fù)雜,如何高效準(zhǔn)確地計(jì)算出鐵損耗,對(duì)該類電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化具有重要的意義。該文設(shè)計(jì)制造了一臺(tái)磁性齒輪復(fù)合電機(jī)樣機(jī),并采用有限元時(shí)步法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)計(jì)算。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)每一個(gè)鐵心單元的磁密變化進(jìn)行分析,計(jì)算了該復(fù)合電機(jī)的鐵損耗計(jì)算。在計(jì)算磁滯損耗時(shí),應(yīng)用通常用于機(jī)械應(yīng)力應(yīng)變遲滯計(jì)算的雨流計(jì)數(shù)法,快速統(tǒng)計(jì)出構(gòu)成局部磁滯回環(huán)的峰谷點(diǎn),從而計(jì)算出局部磁滯損耗。最后通過(guò)兩個(gè)試驗(yàn)步驟,把電機(jī)的鐵損耗從空載損耗中分離出來(lái),所得的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所述方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The magnetic gear composite motor is more complicated than the ordinary permanent magnet synchronous motor in both mechanical structure and magnetic circuit structure. How to calculate the iron loss efficiently and accurately is of great significance to the design and optimization of this kind of motor. In this paper, a prototype of magnetic gear composite motor is designed and manufactured, and the finite element time step method is used to calculate it in detail. On this basis, the iron loss of the composite motor is calculated by analyzing the magnetic density variation of each core unit. In the calculation of hysteresis loss, the rain flow counting method, which is usually used to calculate mechanical stress and strain hysteresis, is used to calculate the peak and valley points which constitute the local hysteresis loop, and then the local hysteresis loss is calculated. Finally, the iron loss of the motor is separated from the no-load loss by two experimental steps. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
