【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人們的生活水平不斷提高,消費理念也在不斷轉(zhuǎn)變,人們已不滿足于最基本的物質(zhì)需要,而去追求更舒適、方便、環(huán)保和個性化的生活方式。家用清洗機作為環(huán)保高效、適用性強、清洗效果好的先進家庭清洗設(shè)備,受到了清洗行業(yè)及家庭的重視,得到迅速發(fā)展。本文與企業(yè)合作,從理論分析著手,對家用小型高壓清洗機進行外形形態(tài)、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,并結(jié)合人機工程學(xué)對設(shè)計方案進行人機評價分析。本文首先介紹了家用小型高壓清洗機的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展狀況,對家用高壓清洗機結(jié)構(gòu)組成、工作原理進行了詳細的分析,制定了研究的技術(shù)路線圖。結(jié)合產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計要求和設(shè)計目標,提出家用小型高壓清洗機的機體設(shè)計方案,對清洗機機體外形形態(tài)進行初步設(shè)計和細化研究,并結(jié)合機體造型設(shè)計進行內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計�；贑ATIA人體姿態(tài)分析對家用小型高壓清洗機機體進行人機評價分析。在產(chǎn)品人機工程學(xué)設(shè)計原則的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合人體上肢及手部的結(jié)構(gòu)、人體相關(guān)尺寸數(shù)據(jù),對小型家用高壓清洗機高壓水槍進行設(shè)計定位,并對高壓水槍的設(shè)計進行人機評價分析。對所設(shè)計的家用小型高壓清洗機,進行了壓力與流量測試、清洗機溫升試驗及清洗試驗,對家用小型高壓清洗機高壓水槍的使用舒適性做主觀感覺的評價。試驗表明,所設(shè)計的家用小型高壓清洗機符合主要技術(shù)參數(shù)要求,清洗效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, people's living standard is improving and the consumption concept is changing constantly. People are not satisfied with the most basic material needs, but to pursue a more comfortable, convenient, environmentally friendly and individualized way of life. As an advanced household cleaning equipment with environmental protection, high efficiency, strong applicability and good cleaning effect, household cleaning machine has been attached great importance to by cleaning industry and family, and has been developed rapidly. This paper, in cooperation with the enterprise, starts with theoretical analysis, designs the shape and internal structure of the household small high-pressure cleaning machine, and carries on the man-machine evaluation and analysis on the design scheme with the combination of ergonomics. This paper first introduces the research status and development of the household small high-pressure cleaning machine, analyzes the structure and working principle of the household high-pressure cleaning machine in detail, and formulates the technical roadmap of the research. Combined with product modeling design requirements and design objectives, this paper puts forward the airframe design scheme of household small high-pressure cleaning machine, and carries out preliminary design and detailed study on the body shape of the cleaning machine, and carries on the internal structure design combined with the body shape design. Based on the human posture analysis of CATIA, the man-machine evaluation analysis of household small high-pressure cleaning machine was carried out. On the basis of product ergonomics design principle, combined with the structure of human upper limb and hand, and human body dimension data, the design positioning of high pressure water gun of small household high pressure cleaning machine is carried out. And the design of high pressure water gun is evaluated and analyzed. The pressure and flow test, temperature rise test and cleaning test were carried out on the designed household high pressure cleaning machine. The subjective feeling of the use comfort of the high pressure water gun of the household small high pressure cleaning machine was evaluated. The test results show that the designed household high-pressure cleaning machine meets the main technical requirements and the cleaning effect is good.
