【摘要】：本文基于ASME規(guī)范第XI卷附錄C“管道缺陷評定”,研究管道缺陷的評估方法和流程,并針對評估流程中最重要的缺陷擴展分析進行了深入研究。同時,利用有限元軟件對線彈性缺陷擴展進行了模擬,獲得了載荷形式與缺陷擴展特性之間的關(guān)系,研究了載荷對稱缺陷和非載荷對稱缺陷兩種情況,建立了一套替代規(guī)范計算的缺陷擴展計算方法,結(jié)果更加準確。此外,對環(huán)向貫穿裂紋的擴展和R/t大于20的管道的缺陷擴展特性進行了初步的探討。
[Abstract]:Based on Appendix C of Volume XI of ASME Code "Pipeline defect Evaluation", this paper studies the evaluation method and flow of pipeline defects, and makes a thorough study on the most important defect extension analysis in the evaluation process.At the same time, the linear elastic defect propagation is simulated by the finite element software, and the relationship between the load form and the defect propagation characteristics is obtained. The load-symmetric defect and the non-load-symmetric defect are studied.In this paper, a set of defect expansion calculation method is established, and the results are more accurate.In addition, the propagation characteristics of ring-through cracks and defects in pipelines with R / t > 20 are discussed.
