光纖電流互感器在線誤差比對裝置的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電子式互感器以其傳感機理先進,絕緣相對簡單,動態(tài)范圍大,頻率響應寬,準確度高,適應電能計量、數(shù)字化保護和自動化發(fā)展方向,將逐漸取代電磁式互感器。近年來,為深化智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,作為電子式互感器其中之一的全光纖光學電流互感器,陸續(xù)投運于各大智能化變電站。然而,全光纖光學電流互感器中存在線性雙折射,對溫度和振動等環(huán)境因素變化十分敏感,所以相對于傳統(tǒng)電磁式互感器在投運后的校驗和誤差調試,全光纖光學電流互感器突顯出比較多的不確定性,投運后的誤差運行狀況至今都沒有相關實踐數(shù)據(jù)。為適應全光纖光學電流互感器現(xiàn)場運行誤差特性研究的目的,依照光學電流互感器量值溯源原理及相關的國標和企標,首先需要研制一套全光纖光學電流互感器的角差、比差比對誤差計算裝置,實現(xiàn)對光電流互感器現(xiàn)場運行狀態(tài)特征數(shù)據(jù)的采集。全光纖光學電流互感器誤差在線比對裝置實踐化了全光纖光學電流互感器量值溯源原理,實現(xiàn)了在運全光纖光學電流互感器比對誤差數(shù)據(jù)及相關參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)的檢測和采集,同時,利用了數(shù)據(jù)庫技術、網(wǎng)絡技術、數(shù)據(jù)處理等技術實現(xiàn)了監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的匯總、存儲、遠程推送以及數(shù)據(jù)展示、深度分析等能力。本文研究變電站內互感器到主站、數(shù)字表的通信協(xié)議,結合誤差的形成機理,對傳統(tǒng)互感器進行采樣、模數(shù)轉換、數(shù)字處理,與全光纖光學電流互感器通過光纖傳來的電流幅值、相角通過全相位譜分析的算法進行比對計算出實時誤差。最后通過江蘇無錫西涇變的掛網(wǎng)運行,驗證了比對分析系統(tǒng)的可行性,從而為全光纖光學電流互感器的運行誤差分析提供數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù),實現(xiàn)了全光纖光學電流互感器的實時監(jiān)測現(xiàn)場運行誤差,保證智能化變電站的電能計量的準確性和可靠性,具有良好的應用前景。
[Abstract]:Because of its advanced sensing mechanism, relatively simple insulation, large dynamic range, wide frequency response, high accuracy, suitable for electric energy measurement, digital protection and automation, electronic transformers will gradually replace electromagnetic transformers.In recent years, in order to deepen the development of smart grid, the all-fiber optical current transformer, one of the electronic transformers, has been put into operation in various intelligent substations one after another.However, there is a linear birefringence in all-fiber optical current transformers, which is sensitive to environmental factors such as temperature and vibration.All optical fiber optical current transformers highlight a lot of uncertainties, and there are no relevant practical data about the error operation after operation.In order to meet the purpose of studying the field operation error characteristics of all optical current transformers, according to the traceability principle of optical current transformers and the relevant national standards and standards, it is necessary to develop a set of optical current transformers' angle difference.The difference ratio error calculation device is used to collect the characteristic data of the field operation state of the optical current transformer.The principle of tracing the value of optical current transformer is put into practice in the all fiber optical current transformer error online comparison device, and the error data and related parameter data of the optical current transformer are measured and collected in the operation of all optical fiber optical current transformer, at the same time,Database technology, network technology and data processing technology are used to realize the ability of data collection, storage, remote push and data display, depth analysis and so on.In this paper, the communication protocol of transformer to master station and digital table in substation is studied. Combining with the formation mechanism of error, the traditional transformer is sampled, analog-to-digital conversion, digital processing.The real time error is calculated by comparing the current amplitude and the phase angle between the optical current transformer and the all fiber optical current transformer through the all phase spectrum analysis algorithm.Finally, the feasibility of the comparison analysis system is verified by the operation of the Xijing transformer in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, which provides the data basis for the analysis of the operating error of the optical current transformer.The real-time monitoring error of all optical current transformer is realized, and the accuracy and reliability of the intelligent substation is guaranteed. It has a good application prospect.
