【摘要】:變壓器在電力系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著重要作用,它的安全運(yùn)行直接決定著整個(gè)電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。變壓器繞組是變壓器的核心部分之一,在近年來(lái)的變壓器損壞事故中,由于變壓器的繞組變形導(dǎo)致的事故占相當(dāng)大一部分。為了及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并排除變壓器繞組的潛在隱患,研究變壓器繞組變形的檢測(cè)與診斷方法具有十分重要的意義。在眾多檢測(cè)方法中,頻響分析法具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、重復(fù)性好、可靠性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),普遍應(yīng)用于國(guó)內(nèi)外,但是其在分析和診斷技術(shù)上還有待提高。因此,深入研究基于頻響法的變壓器繞組變形的檢測(cè)與診斷方法是很必要的。本文通過(guò)理論分析、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用和多年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)唐山供電公司,研究了基于頻響法的變壓器繞組變形的檢測(cè)、診斷方法以及規(guī)程,進(jìn)而在實(shí)踐中加以驗(yàn)證。本文通過(guò)分析變壓器遭受短路電流沖擊時(shí)的過(guò)電流以及繞組在電磁場(chǎng)中所受的電磁力,總結(jié)了變壓器繞組變形的原因及形式。通過(guò)頻響測(cè)試儀的應(yīng)用,探討了頻響法在實(shí)際工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)中遇到的問(wèn)題,并提出解決措施。在分析頻譜的方法應(yīng)用上引入相關(guān)系數(shù)法和差值法,建立適合于唐山供電公司的變壓器繞組變形檢測(cè)與診斷方法及規(guī)程,并將該方法在實(shí)際工作中加以驗(yàn)證。實(shí)踐表明,該方法在工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)中應(yīng)用良好,能夠較準(zhǔn)確的判斷變壓器繞組故障。并且提出頻響法的局限性,作為一種檢測(cè)方法,它目前還不是很完善,需要輔助多種方法來(lái)診斷變壓器繞組故障。
[Abstract]:Transformer plays an important role in power system, and its safe operation directly determines the safe operation of the whole power network. Transformer winding is one of the core parts of transformer. In order to detect and eliminate the potential hidden danger of transformer winding in time, the accidents caused by transformer winding deformation account for a large part of the accident. It is of great significance to study the detection and diagnosis methods of transformer winding deformation. Among the many detection methods, frequency response analysis has the advantages of simple operation, good repeatability and high reliability, and is widely used at home and abroad. Therefore, it is necessary to study the detection and diagnosis method of transformer winding deformation based on frequency response method. In this paper, through theoretical analysis, field application and many years of work experience, it is necessary to study the detection and diagnosis method of transformer winding deformation based on frequency response method. For Tangshan Power supply Company, the detection, diagnosis and regulation of transformer winding deformation based on frequency response method are studied. By analyzing the overcurrent of the transformer and the electromagnetic force of the winding in the electromagnetic field, the causes and forms of the transformer winding deformation are summarized, and the application of the frequency response tester is introduced. This paper discusses the problems encountered in practical work by frequency response method, and puts forward some solutions. The correlation coefficient method and difference method are introduced in the application of spectrum analysis method. The method and rules of transformer winding deformation detection and diagnosis suitable for Tangshan Power supply Company are established, and the method is verified in practice. The practice shows that the method is applied well in the work site. The limitation of frequency response method is put forward. As a kind of detection method, it is not perfect at present, and many auxiliary methods are needed to diagnose transformer winding fault.
