【摘要】：針對再熱蒸汽供熱的熱電聯(lián)產機組供熱負荷較大且多變的問題,對機組的協(xié)調控制、水煤比控制、燃煤熱值校正回路(BTU)控制進行了優(yōu)化,同時在汽輪機數字電液控制系統(tǒng)(DEH)中增加了再熱調節(jié)閥壓力調節(jié)功能,實現(xiàn)了機組在協(xié)調控制方式下電負荷及熱負荷的調節(jié)功能,從而保證了機組的安全、穩(wěn)定、經濟運行。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the heating load of the cogeneration unit for reheat steam heating is large and changeable , the coordination control of the unit , the water - coal ratio control , the coal - fired heat value correction circuit ( btu ) control are optimized , and the pressure regulation function of the reheat regulating valve is increased in the digital electro - hydraulic control system of the steam turbine , so that the regulation function of the electric load and the heat load of the unit under the coordinated control mode is realized , thereby ensuring the safety , the stability and the economic operation of the unit .
