有源濾波器在光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在能源枯竭及環(huán)境污染問題日益嚴重的今天,光伏發(fā)電是未來可再生能源應(yīng)用的一種重要方法。光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電是太陽能大規(guī)模開發(fā)利用的必然趨勢,但光伏并網(wǎng)帶來的諧波污染問題使電能質(zhì)量下降,損耗嚴重。所以,如何消除光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的諧波污染,,提高光伏并網(wǎng)電流波形質(zhì)量成為光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)研究的重點內(nèi)容之一。 本文以錦州市某公司城建樓頂分布式30kW光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)為研究對象,分析該系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的諧波,據(jù)此設(shè)計了單周期控制的混合型有源濾波器,消除光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)生的諧波。本文主要的研究內(nèi)容如下: 首先,介紹了光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的分類、組成以及拓撲結(jié)構(gòu),深入分析了光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中逆變器和負載產(chǎn)生的諧波,并推導(dǎo)了SPWM控制光伏逆變器產(chǎn)生的各次諧波含量表達式。 其次,分析有源濾波器的結(jié)構(gòu)、原理及相應(yīng)控制方法。與傳統(tǒng)的控制方法相比,單周控制方法不需要對諧波電流進行檢測,將檢測和控制結(jié)合在一起,使控制電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易于實現(xiàn),響應(yīng)速度快,抗干擾能力強。選用單周控制作為有源濾波器的控制策略,推導(dǎo)單周控制的單相和三相有源濾波器的控制方程表達式并建立數(shù)學(xué)模型。 最后,將單周控制的并聯(lián)混合型有源濾波器應(yīng)用到光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計無源濾波裝置和有源濾波器的參數(shù)。設(shè)計其電路模型,并使用Matlab/Simulink進行仿真,驗證了單周控制的并聯(lián)混合型有源濾波器能對光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中諧波進行有效地消除。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the problem of energy depletion and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, photovoltaic power generation is an important method for the application of renewable energy in the future, and grid-connected photovoltaic power generation is an inevitable trend of large-scale development and utilization of solar energy. However, the harmonic pollution caused by photovoltaic grid-connected reduces the power quality and leads to serious loss. Therefore, how to eliminate the harmonic pollution of grid-connected photovoltaic system and improve the quality of grid-connected current waveform has become one of the key issues in the research of grid-connected photovoltaic system. In this paper, the distributed 30kW photovoltaic grid-connected generation system of a company in Jinzhou City is taken as the research object, the harmonic generated by the system is analyzed, and a hybrid active power filter with single cycle control is designed. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. Firstly, the classification, composition and topological structure of photovoltaic power system are introduced. The harmonics generated by inverter and load in photovoltaic grid-connected generation system are deeply analyzed, and the expressions of harmonic content of each order generated by SPWM control photovoltaic inverter are derived. Secondly, the structure, principle and corresponding control method of active power filter are analyzed. Compared with the traditional control method, the one-cycle control method does not need to detect harmonic current, and combines detection and control to make the control circuit structure simple. The one-cycle control is chosen as the control strategy of the active filter, and the expression of the control equation of single-phase and three-phase active filter with one-cycle control is derived and the mathematical model is established. Finally, the single-cycle control shunt hybrid active power filter is applied to photovoltaic grid-connected generation system. The parameters of passive filter and active power filter are designed. The circuit model is designed and simulated by Matlab/Simulink. It is verified that the parallel hybrid active power filter with one cycle control can effectively eliminate the harmonics in photovoltaic grid-connected system.
