含風(fēng)光電場(chǎng)的電力系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:大規(guī)模的風(fēng)電場(chǎng)、光伏電站的建設(shè)大大提高了清潔環(huán)保能源的利用率,但兩者的隨機(jī)性、波動(dòng)性在并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的同時(shí)也給電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)了諸多問(wèn)題。因此我們需要降低風(fēng)電場(chǎng)和光伏電站并網(wǎng)后輸出功率波動(dòng)所造成的影響。所以對(duì)含有大規(guī)模風(fēng)光電場(chǎng)的電力系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度研究,就是在確保系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的時(shí)候,綜合考慮系統(tǒng)風(fēng)光電并網(wǎng)所帶來(lái)的多種約束條件,使系統(tǒng)達(dá)到所要求的最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)保效益,是目前的熱點(diǎn)研究?jī)?nèi)容。本文首先在分析風(fēng)能和太陽(yáng)能資源的間歇性、波動(dòng)性等特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用機(jī)會(huì)約束規(guī)劃理論,建立了含風(fēng)電場(chǎng)、風(fēng)光電場(chǎng)的電力系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型。把系統(tǒng)的總購(gòu)電成本最小作為模型求解目標(biāo),目標(biāo)函數(shù)由火電機(jī)組的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、環(huán)境懲罰成本、風(fēng)電和光伏發(fā)電的購(gòu)電成本三個(gè)部分組成。另外目標(biāo)函數(shù)還包括煤耗量、污染排放量等。然后,重新考慮因風(fēng)電場(chǎng)和太陽(yáng)能光伏電站輸出功率的間歇波動(dòng)特性對(duì)系統(tǒng)旋轉(zhuǎn)備用容量、爬坡能力等約束的影響,同時(shí)考慮了電力系統(tǒng)供需平衡關(guān)系。綜合考慮各種約束條件,得到不同置信水平下的調(diào)度方案,討論模型的環(huán)保經(jīng)濟(jì)效益關(guān)系。由于建立的模型含有多個(gè)隨機(jī)變量,本文采用基于蒙特卡洛模擬技術(shù)的遺傳算法直接求解含風(fēng)光電場(chǎng)的電力系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度模型。該方法能夠較好的描述模型中的隨機(jī)變量,處理目標(biāo)函數(shù)和約束條件。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真結(jié)果分析表明所建模型能夠較好的兼顧各種效益,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置。
[Abstract]:Large scale wind farms and photovoltaic power plants have greatly improved the utilization rate of clean and environmentally friendly energy, but both are random. Therefore, we need to reduce the influence caused by the fluctuation of output power after wind farm and photovoltaic power station connected to grid. Research on Economic Dispatch of Power system, That is, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system, we should take into account the various constraints brought about by the wind and optoelectronic connection of the system, so that the system can achieve the best economic and environmental benefits required. Firstly, based on the analysis of the intermittent and fluctuating characteristics of wind and solar energy resources, a wind-farm containing wind farm is established by using the theory of opportunity-constrained programming. The economic dispatching model of electric power system with solar electric field. The minimum total power purchase cost of the system is taken as the goal of the model, and the objective function is derived from the operating cost of thermal power unit and the cost of environmental punishment. The cost of purchasing electricity for wind power and photovoltaic power generation is composed of three parts. In addition, the objective function also includes coal consumption, pollution emissions, etc. Then, This paper reconsiders the effect of intermittent fluctuation of output power of wind farm and solar photovoltaic power station on system rotation reserve capacity and slope climbing capacity, and considers the balance between supply and demand of power system. The scheduling schemes at different confidence levels are obtained, and the relationship between environmental protection and economic benefits of the model is discussed. In this paper, a genetic algorithm based on Monte Carlo simulation technique is used to solve the economic dispatching model of power system with solar electric field. This method can describe the random variables in the model. The simulation results show that the model can realize the optimal allocation of resources by taking all kinds of benefits into account.
