碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線在輸電線路工程中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線(ACCC)和普通鋼芯鋁絞線在結(jié)構(gòu)上和物理特性上均有不同,在施工過程中導(dǎo)線壓接工藝、架線施工工作都要針對(duì)碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線特定,碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線在接續(xù)、架線施工上的研究成果可以廣泛應(yīng)用到使用碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線作為架空導(dǎo)線的線路建設(shè)工程中,具有實(shí)際意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文以“220kV西柏坡—平山雙回線路增容工程”為研究背景,針對(duì)該工程所使用的碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線(ACCC-600/71),在復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線壓接、復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)、復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線張力放線以及復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線使用壽命評(píng)估方面做了進(jìn)一步的研究。主要內(nèi)容如下: 結(jié)合多年來的導(dǎo)線握力試驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線和傳統(tǒng)鋼芯鋁絞線的壓接工藝進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并分析了影響導(dǎo)線握著力的部分因素。 詳細(xì)介紹了碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線的握力試驗(yàn),包括試驗(yàn)裝置、試驗(yàn)要求和結(jié)果。 (1)結(jié)合多年來的導(dǎo)線握力試驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線和傳統(tǒng)鋼芯鋁絞線的壓接工藝進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并分析了影響導(dǎo)線握著力的部分因素。詳細(xì)介紹了碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線的握力試驗(yàn),包括試驗(yàn)裝置、試驗(yàn)要求和結(jié)果。 (2)針對(duì)碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線本身特性,對(duì)本工程張力放線施工中的特殊施工工藝和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證,并提供相關(guān)問題的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。 (3)以輸電線微風(fēng)振動(dòng)疲勞破壞為依據(jù),結(jié)合碳纖維復(fù)合芯導(dǎo)線低弧垂特性、架空導(dǎo)線受力等因素,,分析了導(dǎo)線疲勞壽命的計(jì)算方法,初步探討了輸電線的疲勞壽命。
[Abstract]:There are differences in structure and physical characteristics between carbon fiber composite core wire (ACCC) and common steel core aluminum strand. The research results of carbon fiber composite conductor in connection and construction can be widely used in the line construction project of using carbon fiber composite core wire as overhead conductor, which has practical significance and economic benefit. Based on the "220 kV Xibaipoo-Pingshan double Circuit Line Compatibilization Project", aiming at the carbon fiber composite core conductor ACCC-600 / 71, the mechanical properties of the composite core wire are tested in this paper. Further research has been done on the tension release of composite core conductors and the life evaluation of composite core conductors. The main contents are as follows:. Based on the experience of gripping force test for many years, the paper compares the compression process of carbon fiber composite wire with that of traditional steel core aluminum strand, and analyzes some factors that affect the wire holding force. The grip strength test of carbon fiber composite conductor is introduced in detail, including test equipment, test requirements and results. 1) combining with the experience of gripping force test for many years, the compression bonding technology of carbon fiber composite wire and traditional steel core aluminum strand is compared. Some factors affecting the grip strength of the conductor are analyzed, and the grip strength test of the carbon fiber composite core wire is introduced in detail, including the test equipment, the test requirements and the results. 2) according to the characteristics of carbon fiber composite conductor, the special construction technology and key technology in tension laying line construction of this project are analyzed and verified, and the corresponding countermeasures are provided. Based on the wind vibration fatigue failure of transmission lines, combined with the low sag characteristics of carbon fiber composite core conductors and the stress of overhead conductors, the calculation method of conductor fatigue life is analyzed, and the fatigue life of transmission lines is preliminarily discussed.
