【摘要】：闡述了瓷套絕緣子在等靜壓成型過程引起的主要質(zhì)量缺陷,討論了質(zhì)量缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因。根據(jù)質(zhì)量原因分析對各影響因素進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制措施。通過對成型過程中質(zhì)量缺陷的質(zhì)量控制,使質(zhì)量缺陷不合格品明顯下降,提高了瓷檢合格率,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Describes the main quality defects of porcelain insulators caused by isostatic pressing process, the causes of quality defects are discussed. According to the analysis of the causes of the quality of the corresponding quality control measures for the various factors. The quality control of quality defects during the molding process, the defects of the quality of unqualified products decreased significantly, improve the porcelain qualified rate, and achieved good results.
