風電場遠程環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統設計與實現

【摘要】:隨著風力發(fā)電產業(yè)的持續(xù)向前發(fā)展以及風力發(fā)電產業(yè)技術水平持續(xù)的不斷提升,風電場建設規(guī)模持續(xù)發(fā)展壯大,部分企業(yè)管理部門和風電場區(qū)相距遙遠,擁有大型單體風電場的風電運營企業(yè)以及在不同地區(qū)擁有多個風電場的集團式風電運營企業(yè)開始逐漸出現,這些企業(yè)需要對所轄的風力發(fā)電場運行情況及時和連續(xù)的進行監(jiān)控,傳統的風電場就地監(jiān)控系統已經開始不能滿足現代風電場的運行維護要求。在這種行業(yè)背景下,為這些風電企業(yè)開發(fā)一套風電場遠程監(jiān)控系統來遠程監(jiān)控處于不同地區(qū)的風電場,實現對風電場各項運行狀態(tài)實時監(jiān)控,以便降低風電場管理維護成本,提高風電運營企業(yè)管理效率,已經變得越來越重要了。風電場遠程監(jiān)控系統應該能夠在遠程對風電企業(yè)所轄所有風電場各項運行數據進行實時監(jiān)控、自動采集運行狀態(tài)數據、具備故障報警等功能、能夠對監(jiān)控數據進行分析計算、生成報表曲線、進行數據查詢等。本文詳細介紹了近年來風力發(fā)電技術的發(fā)展、風電場監(jiān)控技術的發(fā)展階段和狀態(tài),列舉了國內國外研究現狀,列舉數款風電場監(jiān)控系統的模式和優(yōu)缺點;通過了解分析已有就地監(jiān)控系統功能,結合在風電場從事運維工作的經驗,對風電場遠程監(jiān)控系統做出需求分析,確定系統實施方案和技術措施,使用B/S架構模式,在選擇適宜的操作系統環(huán)境、軟件環(huán)境和數據庫環(huán)境前提下,設計并實現風電場遠程監(jiān)測系統,同時對系統進行功能測試,并對最后所做的工作進行總結。風電場遠程監(jiān)控系統方便職能部門可遠程通過瀏覽器就對接入該系統的所有風電場電類數據和環(huán)境數據進行實時的遠程監(jiān)控,同時可以生成各類日、周、年報表以及數據分析報告,并能夠對機組進行控制。該系統經河北紅松風力發(fā)電股份有限公司現場實際測試以及遠程測試,證明其能夠對風電場運行狀態(tài)進行持續(xù)監(jiān)控,具有良好的穩(wěn)定性,現已經應用于該公司數個風電場遠程監(jiān)控工作,提高了監(jiān)控效率和管理效率,達到了預期的結果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the wind power industry and the continuous improvement of the technical level of the wind power industry, the scale of wind farm construction continues to grow, and some enterprise management departments are far away from the wind farm area. Wind power operators with large individual wind farms and group wind power operators with multiple wind farms in different regions began to emerge gradually. These enterprises need to monitor the operation of wind farms under their jurisdiction in a timely and continuous manner. The traditional local monitoring system for wind farms has begun to fail to meet the operational and maintenance requirements of modern wind farms. For these wind power enterprises to develop a set of wind farm remote monitoring system to remotely monitor wind farms located in different regions, to achieve real-time monitoring of wind farm operating state, in order to reduce the cost of wind farm management and maintenance, It has become more and more important to improve the management efficiency of wind power operation enterprises. The wind farm remote monitoring system should be able to remotely monitor all the wind farm operation data under the jurisdiction of the wind power enterprise in real time, and automatically collect the running state data. This paper introduces the development of wind power generation technology in recent years, the development of wind farm monitoring technology and the status of wind farm monitoring technology. This paper enumerates the current research situation at home and abroad, lists the models, advantages and disadvantages of several wind farm monitoring systems, analyzes the functions of existing local monitoring systems, and combines the experience of operating and maintenance in wind farms, The requirements of remote monitoring and control system of wind farm are analyzed, the implementation scheme and technical measures of the system are determined, and the B / S model is used to select the appropriate operating system environment, software environment and database environment, under the premise of selecting appropriate operating system environment, software environment and database environment. The remote monitoring system of wind farm is designed and realized. At the same time, the function of the system is tested. The remote monitoring system of wind farm can remotely monitor all wind farm data and environment data through the browser. At the same time, it can generate all kinds of daily, weekly and annual reports and data analysis reports, and can control the unit. The system has been tested by Hebei Hong Song Wind Power Co., Ltd. It has been proved that it can continuously monitor the running state of wind farm and has good stability. Now it has been applied to the remote monitoring work of several wind farms in the company, which has improved the monitoring efficiency and management efficiency, and achieved the expected results.
