【摘要】:照明設(shè)計(jì)問題是非成像光學(xué)里的兩大問題之一,另一個(gè)是太陽能收集問題。相比于傳統(tǒng)的照明方式,自由曲面照明具有更靈活的空間布局和更高的設(shè)計(jì)自由度。本論文致力于自由曲面照明設(shè)計(jì)方法及其優(yōu)化方法的研究,旨在建立一套有效的連續(xù)自由曲面的設(shè)計(jì)理論,為自由曲面照明提供了一套可靠的光學(xué)解決方案。論文首先對目前主要的一些設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并指出這些方法中存在的一些不足,通過結(jié)合這些方法各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)提出一套有效的連續(xù)自由曲面照明的設(shè)計(jì)方法。根據(jù)光源的不同,自由曲面照明設(shè)計(jì)方法可以分為針對點(diǎn)光源的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法和針對擴(kuò)展光源的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法。目前針對點(diǎn)光源的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法主要包括基于微分方程的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法、劃分網(wǎng)格法和SP方法。由于基于微分方程的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法的適用范圍窄、劃分網(wǎng)格法難以得到連續(xù)的曲面、SP方法所得的光分布不連續(xù),本文提出一種混合設(shè)計(jì)方法,該方法融合了三種方法各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn),并互相彌補(bǔ)了各自的缺點(diǎn),最終通過該方法得到了一張能實(shí)現(xiàn)所需光分布的連續(xù)且光滑的自由區(qū)面。對于具有一定擴(kuò)展的光源,針對點(diǎn)光源的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法很難實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)定的照明效果,優(yōu)化方法一定程度上能夠消除這樣的問題,但最根本的方法是能提出一套針對擴(kuò)展光源的自由曲面照明設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文作為嘗試將用于太陽能收集的一些非成像光學(xué)理論和方法引入到照明設(shè)計(jì)中去,并提出了一種用于照明設(shè)計(jì)的SMS方法?傮w來說,本文主要做了兩項(xiàng)任務(wù):第一項(xiàng)任務(wù),對目前主要的幾種針對點(diǎn)光源的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了一種混合的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法;第二項(xiàng),提出了一種用于照明設(shè)計(jì)的SMS方法,彌補(bǔ)了針對擴(kuò)展光源的自由曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法的空缺。
[Abstract]:Lighting design is one of the two major problems in non-imaging optics, and the other is solar energy collection. The freeform surface lighting has more flexible space layout and higher design freedom. This paper is devoted to the research of the design method and optimization method of the free-form surface lighting, aiming to establish a set of effective design theory of the continuous free-form surface. This paper provides a reliable optical solution for freeform surface illumination. Firstly, some main design methods are summarized, and some shortcomings in these methods are pointed out. By combining the advantages of these methods, an effective design method for continuous free-form illumination is proposed. The design method of free-form surface illumination can be divided into free-form surface design method for point light source and free-form surface design method for extended light source. At present, free-form surface design method for point light source mainly includes based on differential square. The design method of free-form curved surface, Due to the narrow application range of the free-form surface design method based on differential equation, it is difficult for the partition mesh method to obtain the discontinuous light distribution obtained by the continuous curved surface SP-method. In this paper, a hybrid design method is proposed. The method combines the advantages of the three methods, and makes up for each other's shortcomings. Finally, a continuous and smooth free zone surface is obtained by this method, which can realize the required light distribution. The freeform surface design method of point light source is very difficult to realize the predetermined lighting effect, and the optimization method can eliminate this problem to some extent. But the most fundamental method is to propose a design method of free-form surface illumination for extended light source. This paper attempts to introduce some non-imaging optical theories and methods for solar energy collection into lighting design. A SMS method for lighting design is proposed. In general, two tasks are done in this paper: the first task is to summarize the main design methods of free-form surface for point light source. A hybrid free-form surface design method is proposed, and a SMS method for lighting design is proposed in the second item, which makes up for the lack of free-form surface design method for extended light source.
