【摘要】：首先介紹了國(guó)際大電網(wǎng)委員會(huì)保護(hù)與自動(dòng)化專業(yè)委員會(huì)(CIGRE SC B5)的研究領(lǐng)域、正在活動(dòng)的工作組以及新工作組的籌建情況,同時(shí)介紹了2014—2016年度CIGRE SC B5的主要學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)安排和主要研討議題。然后重點(diǎn)介紹2014年巴黎會(huì)議B5學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)的兩個(gè)主題的論文和研討內(nèi)容,這兩個(gè)主題分別是:1基于增強(qiáng)通信手段的繼電保護(hù)和自動(dòng)化新方案;2關(guān)于IEC61850各利益相關(guān)方的期望。隨后簡(jiǎn)要介紹2014年度各國(guó)在保護(hù)控制及自動(dòng)化專業(yè)方向上的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)。最后對(duì)CIGRE SC B5近兩年關(guān)注的技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:First of all, the paper introduces the research field of CIGRE SC B5, the active working group and the preparation of the new working group. At the same time, this paper introduces the main academic activities and topics of CIGRE SCB5 in 2014-2016, and then focuses on the papers and contents of the two topics of the B5 Symposium of the Paris Conference in 2014. The two topics are: 1: 1 the new scheme for relay protection and automation based on enhanced means of communication. The expectations of IEC61850 stakeholders are discussed. A brief introduction to the professional direction of protection control and automation in 2014 is given. Finally, the focus of CIGRE SC B 5 in recent two years is summarized.
