智能電網(wǎng)需求響應(yīng)與隱私保護(hù)相關(guān)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)電力市場(chǎng)化的進(jìn)程不斷深入,用戶對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)的可靠性和安全性的要求不斷提升。智能電網(wǎng)高級(jí)測(cè)量體系是構(gòu)建智能電網(wǎng)的基礎(chǔ),AMI的安全關(guān)系著智能電網(wǎng)能否實(shí)現(xiàn)安全可靠的通信。而在智能電網(wǎng)AMI中,消費(fèi)者和供電公司需要重點(diǎn)保護(hù)的信息是負(fù)載信息中隱私敏感數(shù)據(jù)以及電力測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)。AMI為供電公司提供遠(yuǎn)程抄表、需求預(yù)測(cè)等服務(wù),同時(shí)也必須提供消費(fèi)者的個(gè)人隱私信息保護(hù)服務(wù)。由于攻擊者通過監(jiān)聽、分析測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)能夠了解到消費(fèi)用戶生活方式、日常習(xí)慣以及相關(guān)活動(dòng),通過注入虛假信息或者提出不合理的需求能夠造成電網(wǎng)大面積癱瘓,導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)財(cái)產(chǎn)的損失。因此,保護(hù)智能電網(wǎng)用戶的隱私安全顯得尤為重要。 本文對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)AMI的安全問題進(jìn)行了深入的研究,著重對(duì)AMI隱私安全和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析。通過對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)信息流的研究,結(jié)合需求響應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)需求,總結(jié)出智能電網(wǎng)中包含的四類數(shù)據(jù)流,并且分析了四類數(shù)據(jù)流的安全特性,進(jìn)而提出具有隱私保護(hù)的需求響應(yīng)架構(gòu)。 本文分析了目前具有隱私保護(hù)的數(shù)據(jù)聚合技術(shù),并且總結(jié)其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。通過對(duì)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)聚合方案的對(duì)比,并結(jié)合智能電網(wǎng)的背景,將可恢復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)聚合隱私保護(hù)方案引用到智能電網(wǎng)AMI中,此方案是將公鑰加密、簽名和聚合技術(shù)結(jié)合來保護(hù)用戶的隱私安全。通過對(duì)其在智能電網(wǎng)中安全性和可行性的分析,證明了此方案在智能電網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power market in our country, Users' requirements for the reliability and security of smart grid are increasing. Smart grid advanced measurement system is the foundation of smart grid. The security of smart grid depends on whether smart grid can realize safe and reliable communication. However, in smart grid AMI, The most important information that consumers and power companies need to protect is privacy sensitive data in load information and power measurement data. AMI provides remote meter reading, demand forecasting and other services for power supply companies. At the same time, it is necessary to provide personal privacy information protection services for consumers. Because an attacker can understand the consumer's lifestyle, daily habits and related activities through monitoring, analyzing and measuring data. By injecting false information or putting forward unreasonable demand, the power grid can be paralyzed in a large area, resulting in the loss of economic property. Therefore, it is very important to protect the privacy of smart grid users. In this paper, the security of smart grid AMI is deeply studied, and the security and risk of AMI privacy are analyzed. Through the research of smart grid information flow, the data demand of demand response is combined. The four types of data flow in smart grid are summarized, and the security characteristics of the four kinds of data streams are analyzed, and then a demand response architecture with privacy protection is proposed. This paper analyzes the current data aggregation technology with privacy protection, and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages. Through the comparison of wireless network data aggregation schemes, and combined with the background of smart grid, The recoverable data aggregation privacy protection scheme is applied to smart grid AMI, which combines public key encryption, signature and aggregation technology to protect the privacy of users. The application value of this scheme in smart grid is proved.
