龍灘水電站防洪發(fā)電優(yōu)化調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:龍灘水庫的防洪優(yōu)化調(diào)度直接關(guān)系到紅水河的洪水削峰效果,同時(shí)關(guān)系到西江流域的防洪安全。具有年調(diào)節(jié)能力的龍灘水電站對(duì)紅水河梯級(jí)電站以及珠江的水電補(bǔ)償調(diào)節(jié)有重大作用。為了更好的發(fā)揮龍灘水電站在紅水河流域關(guān)鍵工程的作用,針對(duì)龍灘水電站進(jìn)行防洪和發(fā)電的優(yōu)化調(diào)度。本文選取紅水河上的龍灘水電站為研究對(duì)象開展了以下工作:在分析紅水河洪水特征以及龍灘水庫防洪目標(biāo)、調(diào)度規(guī)則的基礎(chǔ)上,以2008年的洪水為分析對(duì)象,根據(jù)梧州水文站洪峰同倍比放大推求設(shè)計(jì)洪水過程線,以梧州站最大削峰為目標(biāo),建立龍灘水庫建立防洪優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型,采用粒子群算法進(jìn)行求解。應(yīng)用馬斯京根法進(jìn)行河道演算,把龍灘的下泄流量演算到遷江站和梧州站,分析防洪優(yōu)化調(diào)度的效果。結(jié)果顯示:通過龍灘水庫的防洪優(yōu)化調(diào)度,遷江站以及梧州站的洪峰能達(dá)到一定的削減效果。以發(fā)電量最大為目標(biāo),建立發(fā)電優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型,采用DP算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解。運(yùn)用逐月最小生態(tài)流量以及逐月適宜頻率流量方法計(jì)算紅水河基本生態(tài)流量,采用Tennant法對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),選取逐月最小生態(tài)流量作為發(fā)電優(yōu)化調(diào)度中生態(tài)方案的約束條件。對(duì)比實(shí)際的調(diào)度模式與兩種發(fā)電優(yōu)化調(diào)度方案,并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果顯示:平水年及豐水年采用最小生態(tài)需水約束的方案,對(duì)于水電站的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益幾乎沒有影響,枯水年該方案會(huì)減少0.020%的發(fā)電量;2008年的兩種優(yōu)化方案與實(shí)際的調(diào)度結(jié)果相比,優(yōu)化方案能獲得更多的發(fā)電量,且最小生態(tài)需水約束方案能滿足5-7月份河道的基本生態(tài)需求。
[Abstract]:Longtan Reservoir flood control scheduling is directly related to the Red River flood peak effect, while related to the Xijiang River Basin flood control safety. With annual adjustment ability of Longtan Hydropower Station on the Red River and the Pearl River Power Plant cascade hydropower compensation regulation has a significant role. In order to better play in the Red River Basin key project the role of Longtan hydropower, flood control and power generation scheduling optimization for Longtan Hydropower Station. This paper selects the Longtan Hydropower Station on the Red River as the research object to carry out the following work: in the analysis of the Red River flood characteristics and flood control of Longtan Reservoir, based on the scheduling rules, with the flood of 2008 as the analysis object, according to the peak compared to enlarge design flood process line of Wuzhou hydrological station in Wuzhou Railway Station, maximum peak as the goal, the establishment of the establishment of Longtan Reservoir flood optimal scheduling model, using particle swarm algorithm The solving method. Application of Muskingum river discharge calculation, the calculation of Longtan to Qianjiang station and the Wuzhou Railway Station, the effect analysis of flood optimal scheduling. The results show that the optimal flood dispatching of Longtan Reservoir, Qianjiang station and Wuzhou Railway Station peak can be reduced to some extent. The effect of cutting capacity as the objective establish, generation scheduling model, DP algorithm is used to solve the model. Using the monthly minimum ecological flow and monthly frequency flow calculation method suitable basic ecological flow of Red River, using the Tennant method to verify the calculation results, select the monthly minimum ecological flow as the constraint of power optimization scheduling. The scheduling scheme of ecological mode and two power generation optimal scheduling scheme compared to the actual, and carries on the analysis. The results showed: the water level years and wet years the minimum ecological water requirement constraint scheme for water and electricity Almost no influence of the economical benefit, dry years the project will reduce the generating capacity of 0.020%; compared to two optimization schemes in 2008 and the actual scheduling results, optimization scheme can obtain more power output, and the minimum ecological water requirement constraint scheme can meet the 5-7 month River basic ecological demand.
