風(fēng)電接入對(duì)配電網(wǎng)繼電保護(hù)的影響及其保護(hù)配置研究

【摘要】:環(huán)境污染的日益尖銳,化石能源的日益枯竭,促進(jìn)和加速了新能源的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用。風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù)在新能源中技術(shù)最為成熟,大規(guī)模風(fēng)電場(chǎng)接入電網(wǎng)成為一種必然趨勢(shì)。兆瓦級(jí)的雙饋異步風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)(DFIG,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)雙饋風(fēng)機(jī))已經(jīng)成為目前的主流機(jī)型,發(fā)展非常迅速。 然而,風(fēng)電接入配電網(wǎng)會(huì)改變配電網(wǎng)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)而會(huì)導(dǎo)致功率、潮流分布變得更加復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)配電網(wǎng)電流保護(hù)的整定條件發(fā)生了變化,引起保護(hù)出現(xiàn)靈敏度降低、拒動(dòng)、誤動(dòng)等一系列的問(wèn)題,無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足包含風(fēng)電的配電網(wǎng)的需求,一定會(huì)給電力系統(tǒng)的安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行帶來(lái)極大的隱患。因此,研究風(fēng)電接入給配電網(wǎng)繼電保護(hù)帶來(lái)的影響及保護(hù)配置具有重要意義。 本文首先從DFIG的工作原理、數(shù)學(xué)模型以及矢量控制策略這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,在RTDS/RSCAD平臺(tái)上建立雙饋風(fēng)機(jī)的并網(wǎng)模型,對(duì)其并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行特性及故障特性進(jìn)行仿真研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)功率的解耦控制。其次,從理論上分析了風(fēng)電接入配電網(wǎng)后對(duì)傳統(tǒng)電流保護(hù)和自動(dòng)重合閘裝置產(chǎn)生的影響及原因,風(fēng)電接入不同位置以及風(fēng)電接入不同容量對(duì)保護(hù)產(chǎn)生的影響。利用RTDS/RSCAD搭建了風(fēng)電場(chǎng)接入的10kV配電網(wǎng)仿真模型,先對(duì)不含風(fēng)電的配電網(wǎng)模型進(jìn)行短路電流和保護(hù)方案的整定計(jì)算及仿真驗(yàn)證。在含風(fēng)電的模型中,通過(guò)設(shè)置不同的故障位置、改變風(fēng)電接入的容量以及線路的長(zhǎng)度,仿真驗(yàn)證了風(fēng)電的接入容量增大到某一定值,會(huì)使接入點(diǎn)上游保護(hù)誤動(dòng)作,接入點(diǎn)下游保護(hù)的電流速斷的保護(hù)范圍增大,無(wú)法保證選擇性;線路長(zhǎng)度的改變也會(huì)對(duì)保護(hù)造成不同程度的影響。最后,針對(duì)含風(fēng)電的配電網(wǎng)采用分區(qū)縱聯(lián)差動(dòng)保護(hù)與過(guò)電流保護(hù)相配合的新型方法,以10kV配電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為對(duì)象進(jìn)行計(jì)算和仿真驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果證明采用的新方法可以保證保護(hù)的可靠性,可以滿(mǎn)足風(fēng)電接入以后對(duì)配電網(wǎng)繼電保護(hù)的要求。
[Abstract]:The increasingly sharp environmental pollution and the depletion of fossil energy promote and accelerate the development and utilization of new energy. The technology of wind power generation is the most mature in the new energy. It is an inevitable trend for large-scale wind farms to connect to the power grid. DFIGs (doubly-fed wind turbines) with megawatt level have become the mainstream models and are developing very quickly. However, wind power access to the distribution network will change the topology of the distribution network, which will lead to power, power flow distribution becomes more complex, the traditional distribution of current protection setting conditions have changed. It can not meet the needs of the distribution network including wind power, which will bring great hidden trouble to the safety and stability of the power system. It is of great significance to study the impact of wind power access on distribution network relay protection and protection configuration. Firstly, this paper analyzes the working principle, mathematical model and vector control strategy of DFIG, and establishes the grid-connected model of doubly-fed fan on RTDS/RSCAD platform. The characteristics of grid-connected operation and fault characteristics are simulated and studied to realize decoupling control of power. Secondly. The influence of wind power on the traditional current protection and automatic reclosing device is analyzed theoretically. Wind power access to different locations and wind power access to different capacity of the impact on the protection. Using RTDS/RSCAD to build a wind farm access to the 10kV distribution network simulation model. First, the short-circuit current and protection scheme of the distribution network model without wind power are calculated and simulated. In the model with wind power, different fault locations are set up. By changing the wind power access capacity and the length of the line, the simulation results show that the access capacity of the wind power increases to a certain fixed value, which will make the upstream protection of the access point malfunction, and the protection range of the current quick break of the downstream protection of the access point will be increased. Selectivity cannot be guaranteed; The change of line length will also cause varying degrees of impact on the protection. Finally, for the distribution network with wind power, a new method of zonal longitudinal differential protection and over-current protection is adopted. The results show that the new method can guarantee the reliability of the protection and can meet the requirements of relay protection after wind power is connected to the distribution network.
