【摘要】：為解決當(dāng)前查表式安控策略存在的嚴(yán)重故障計(jì)算量大、整定和維護(hù)復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于公式計(jì)算的通用安控策略整定方法。針對(duì)不同網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)下可能出現(xiàn)的暫態(tài)穩(wěn)定、動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定和熱穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題,研究了不同穩(wěn)定形式下的所需安控措施量及影響因素,建立了一種可修訂參數(shù)的反映電網(wǎng)安控量與斷面潮流關(guān)系的線性模型,并提出了關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的整定方法。利用單機(jī)等面積定則證明了暫態(tài)穩(wěn)定下斷面潮流和安控量呈"凹曲線"的關(guān)系,為暫穩(wěn)下關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的取值范圍和直線模型提供了依據(jù)。實(shí)際電網(wǎng)應(yīng)用案例表明了所提方法較傳統(tǒng)方法整定更簡(jiǎn)便、物理意義更加清晰,具有較好的適用性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of large amount of serious fault calculation and complex setting and maintenance of the current safety control strategy of look-up table. This paper presents a general safety control strategy tuning method based on formula calculation, which aims at the transient stability, dynamic stability and thermal stability of different grid structures. This paper studies the quantity of safety control measures and its influencing factors under different stability forms, and establishes a linear model which can be revised to reflect the relationship between power network safety control quantity and cross-section power flow. The method of setting key parameters is put forward, and the relation between cross-section power flow and safety control under transient stability is proved by using single machine equal area rule. The practical application cases show that the proposed method is easier to set than the traditional method, and the physical meaning is clearer and has better applicability.
