【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,對電力需求的增長也越來越快,電力行業(yè)得到了長足的發(fā)展。對此要求電廠能夠穩(wěn)定長時間運行而不發(fā)生故障停運。這對制粉系統(tǒng)提出了新的要求。磨煤機是電廠制粉系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,本文分別介紹了電廠中使用的磨煤機的種類和特點,并以使用最廣泛的輥式中速磨為例對其磨損問題進行了分析。根據(jù)實驗以及國內(nèi)外文獻概括總結(jié)了輥式中速磨的磨損機理和實際運行過程中對磨損影響較大的因素。本文還通過對常用的磨損修復(fù)材料例如碳化鎢合金、高鉻鑄鐵藥芯焊絲和磨損修復(fù)工藝例如堆焊、激光熔覆技術(shù)進行對比分析,得出各自的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,并提出一種新型的陶瓷金屬復(fù)合材料的堆焊修復(fù)工藝。利用所提出的陶瓷金屬復(fù)合材料制備了三套磨煤機輥套,并在某廠磨煤機上進行防磨改造安裝使用,因改造項目的復(fù)雜性,對項目進行了設(shè)備監(jiān)理,編制了監(jiān)理大綱和監(jiān)理細則的主要原則,利用主動控制方法,針對項目進行中可能出現(xiàn)的不利因素進行分析,在項目實施質(zhì)量方面進行了事前、事中、事后三個階段的質(zhì)量控制措施,從設(shè)計監(jiān)理、監(jiān)造監(jiān)理、安裝監(jiān)理幾個方面并對項目進行全過程管理,從而消除對磨輥防磨治理效果影響的外界不利因素,實驗結(jié)果和實際運行情況表明,使用陶瓷金屬復(fù)合材料堆焊的磨輥,磨輥的連續(xù)運行時間延長一倍,且保證磨煤機運行期間一直處于在經(jīng)濟出力狀態(tài)下,使用結(jié)果令人滿意,效果顯著。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the demand for electricity is growing faster and faster. The electric power industry has made great progress, which requires the power plant to run steadily for a long time without malfunction. This puts forward a new requirement for the pulverizing system. The coal mill is the key equipment of the power plant pulverizing system. This paper introduces the types and characteristics of coal mills used in power plants. The wear problem of roller medium speed mill is analyzed by taking the most widely used medium speed mill as an example. According to the experiment and domestic and foreign literature, the wear mechanism of roller medium speed mill and the cause that has great influence on wear in actual operation are summarized. This article also deals with common wear repair materials such as tungsten carbide alloys. High chromium cast iron flux-cored wire and wear repair technology such as surfacing, laser cladding technology were compared and analyzed, and their respective advantages and disadvantages were obtained. A new surfacing and repairing technology of ceramic metal composite was put forward. Three sets of roller sleeve of coal mill were prepared by using the ceramic metal composite, and the anti-wear modification installation was carried out on the mill. Because of the complexity of the reconstruction project, the equipment supervision is carried out, the main principles of supervision outline and supervision rules are compiled, and the unfavorable factors that may appear in the project are analyzed by using the active control method. In the implementation of the quality of the project carried out in advance, in the matter, after the three stages of quality control measures, from the design supervision, supervision supervision, installation supervision of several aspects of the project and the whole process of management. The results of experiment and actual operation show that the continuous running time of grinding roller with ceramic metal composite surfacing welding can be doubled by eliminating the external unfavorable factors that affect the anti-wear effect of grinding roll. The result of experiment and actual operation shows that the continuous running time of grinding roll is twice as long as that of ceramic metal composite surfacing welding. And ensure that the mill has been in the state of economic output during operation, the results are satisfactory, and the effect is remarkable.
