【摘要】:提出一種混合動力汽車(hybrid electric vehicle,HEV)用新型定子永磁式雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)(stator-permanent-magnet double-rotor motor,SPM-DRM),采用雙凸極式電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡化了中間轉(zhuǎn)子,有效提高中間轉(zhuǎn)子的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,并克服了雙轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電機(jī)研究中存在的中間轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體散熱難的問題。分析SPM-DRM應(yīng)用于HEV的能量傳遞原理,結(jié)合有限元分析所得電機(jī)電磁參數(shù),建立了SPM-DRM的數(shù)學(xué)模型,仿真分析了SPM-DRM的多工況運(yùn)行模式;研制了實(shí)驗(yàn)原理樣機(jī)并搭建基于SPM-DRM的動力混合系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺,完成起動運(yùn)行、純電動驅(qū)動、混合驅(qū)動等多種典型工況的實(shí)驗(yàn)與分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性、樣機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)和控制策略的合理性。為該類電機(jī)實(shí)際應(yīng)用于混合動力汽車的進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:A hybrid electric vehicle for hybrid electric vehicles is proposed. The new stator-permanent-magnet double-rotor motor SPM-DRM is used. The structure of double salient pole motor simplifies the intermediate rotor and effectively improves the mechanical strength of the intermediate rotor. The problem of heat dissipation of permanent magnet with intermediate rotor is overcome in the research of double rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor. The principle of energy transfer of SPM-DRM applied to HEV is analyzed. Combined with the electromagnetic parameters of the motor obtained by finite element analysis, the mathematical model of SPM-DRM is established, and the multi-working mode of SPM-DRM is simulated and analyzed. The experimental principle prototype is developed and the experimental platform of power hybrid system based on SPM-DRM is built to complete the starting operation and pure electric drive. Experiments and analysis of several typical conditions such as hybrid drive are carried out. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The rationality of prototype design and control strategy provides a reference for the practical application of this kind of motor in hybrid electric vehicle.
