【摘要】:粉煤灰經(jīng)熱堿液活化后,采用葡萄糖作還原劑,通過向堿性溶液中緩慢滴入Ag NO3溶液的方法制備了鍍銀復(fù)合粉體。采用掃描電鏡、能譜儀和X射線衍射進行形貌觀察及成分分析,并探討了熱處理對鍍銀復(fù)合粉體的影響。結(jié)果表明:熱處理對鍍銀復(fù)合粉體的導(dǎo)電性和晶粒尺寸影響較大。隨保溫溫度的升高,復(fù)合粉體的電阻率先減后增,而鍍層的平均晶粒尺寸則一直在增大;隨保溫時間的延長,電阻率和晶粒尺寸都呈先減后增的趨勢。適當?shù)臒崽幚砟軌蛳儗由L缺陷,改善復(fù)合粉體的導(dǎo)電性。鍍銀復(fù)合粉體在250℃保溫40 min后電阻率達到0.011Ω·cm。
[Abstract]:Silver plated composite powder was prepared by slowly dripping silver NO3 solution into alkaline solution with glucose as reductant after activation of fly ash by thermal alkali solution. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used. The morphology and composition were observed by energy spectrometer and X-ray diffraction. The effect of heat treatment on the silver plating composite powder is discussed. The results show that the heat treatment has a great effect on the electrical conductivity and grain size of the silver plated composite powder. With the increase of the holding temperature, the resistance of the composite powder decreases first and then increases. The average grain size of the coating has been increasing. With the increase of the holding time, the resistivity and grain size decreased first and then increased. Proper heat treatment can eliminate the growth defects of the coating. The electrical conductivity of the composite powder was improved. The resistivity of the silver plated composite powder reached 0.011 惟 路cm ~ (-1) after holding at 250 鈩,
