【摘要】:為研究小型感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)溫升分布與其結(jié)構(gòu)特性的數(shù)值關(guān)系,以一臺(tái)TEFC(Total enclosed fan-cooled)感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)流體力學(xué)和傳熱學(xué)基本理論,并結(jié)合感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)定子繞組散下線(xiàn)等結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),建立包含離心式風(fēng)扇及接線(xiàn)盒等結(jié)構(gòu)部件的三維流動(dòng)與傳熱耦合數(shù)學(xué)模型及物理模型,采用有限體積元法,對(duì)其三維流體場(chǎng)及溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行耦合計(jì)算,在利用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)佐證本研究精準(zhǔn)性的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)地闡明電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部溫升隨結(jié)構(gòu)特性的敏感性,結(jié)果表明,機(jī)殼底腳上的橫向拉筋對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部的溫升分布有著較大的影響,導(dǎo)致與其位置對(duì)應(yīng)的定子繞組存在溫升二次升高的現(xiàn)象,同時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)子上具有自力性的風(fēng)扇對(duì)定子繞組端部表現(xiàn)出良好的散熱效果,以上結(jié)論為中小型電動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供了一定參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the numerical relationship between the temperature rise distribution and the structural characteristics of small induction motors. A TEFC(Total enclosed fan-cooled induction motor is studied according to the basic theories of fluid mechanics and heat transfer. Combined with the characteristics of the stator winding of induction motor, the mathematical model and physical model of three-dimensional flow and heat transfer coupling including centrifugal fan and junction box are established, and the finite volume element method is used. On the basis of the experimental data to prove the accuracy of this study, the sensitivity of the internal temperature rise with the structure characteristics of the motor is explained in detail. The results show that the coupling calculation of the three-dimensional fluid field and the temperature field of the motor shows that the temperature rise of the motor is sensitive to the structural characteristics. The transverse tension on the bottom foot of the chassis has a great influence on the temperature rise distribution of the motor, which leads to the phenomenon of secondary rise in the stator winding corresponding to the position of the stator, and at the same time. The self-acting fan on the rotor has a good heat dissipation effect on the end of the stator winding. The above conclusion provides a certain reference for the optimization of the mechanical structure of the small and medium-sized motor.
