基于改進(jìn)點估計法的輸電線路過負(fù)荷風(fēng)險評估

【摘要】:針對分布式電源輸出功率的隨機(jī)性問題,提出一種基于改進(jìn)點估計法的輸電線路過負(fù)荷風(fēng)險評估的方法。在傳統(tǒng)2 m及2 m+1點估計法的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)各個輸入量的影響因子來選擇相應(yīng)的權(quán)重,改善傳統(tǒng)點估計法的計算精度,實現(xiàn)輸電線路的過負(fù)荷風(fēng)險評估。對含風(fēng)光互補(bǔ)發(fā)電單元的IEEE 30節(jié)點系統(tǒng)中輸電線路過負(fù)荷風(fēng)險進(jìn)行評估,分析結(jié)果表明所提方法具有計算成本低、預(yù)測精度比傳統(tǒng)點估計法精度高的特點。
