某工程超大型海水冷卻塔配風(fēng)配水優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:某工程的循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)采用帶冷卻塔的二次循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。該工程冷卻塔為核電超大型海水冷卻塔(淋水面積17 500m~2),主要針對冷卻塔配風(fēng)配水,通過對中央豎井設(shè)置的優(yōu)化、冷卻塔配水的優(yōu)化、淋水填料布置的優(yōu)化等,對冷卻塔配風(fēng)配水進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。通過優(yōu)化,一方面可進(jìn)一步提高冷卻塔換熱效率和整體熱力性能,另一方面也可在一定程度上降低工程造價與運(yùn)行成本。
[Abstract]:The secondary circulation system with cooling tower is used in the circulating water system of a certain project. The cooling tower of this project is a nuclear power super large seawater cooling tower (17 500m~2). Aiming at the air distribution of the cooling tower, the air distribution of the cooling tower is optimized through the optimization of the central shaft setting, the optimization of the cooling tower water distribution and the optimization of the drainage packing arrangement. Through optimization, on the one hand, the heat transfer efficiency and overall thermal performance of cooling tower can be further improved, on the other hand, the project cost and operation cost can also be reduced to a certain extent.
