泰州市姜堰城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)負荷分析與遠景規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:為了適應泰州市姜堰城區(qū)的城市發(fā)展建設要求,實現(xiàn)電力供應與國民經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,以“建設節(jié)約型社會、實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展”為指導思想,加快推進“新農(nóng)村、新電力、新服務”,做到“經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,電力先行”。本文依據(jù)相關電力規(guī)劃規(guī)范導則和姜堰城區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平,研究分析了姜堰城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)負荷特性與規(guī)劃。(1)首先在分析泰州市姜堰城區(qū)總體情況和社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,重點分析了姜堰城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,其中110k V高壓配電網(wǎng)重點分析了變電站、高壓線路、網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)及運行情況,指出了3個110k V變電站主變不滿足N-1校驗、線路均能滿足高壓線路“N-1”校驗、電網(wǎng)容載比2.6、平均負載率為38.5%。10k V中壓配電網(wǎng)重點分析了網(wǎng)架及聯(lián)絡情況、線路及配變運行情況;低壓配電網(wǎng)重點分析了低壓臺區(qū)供電半徑、戶均配變?nèi)萘俊⑴渥冐撦d率等。并最終對電網(wǎng)運行中的問題進行定級。(2)以姜堰城區(qū)電力負荷歷史數(shù)據(jù)為基礎,利用空間負荷預測方法對姜堰城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)的近期負荷和遠景負荷進行預測,給出了最終預測結(jié)果,實現(xiàn)了近期負荷預測和中遠期負荷預測。(3)在負荷預測的基礎上,深入分析姜堰城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃目標和技術原則,以供電可靠性為規(guī)劃目標,給出了規(guī)劃水平年(2017年)、規(guī)劃目標年(2020年)、規(guī)劃遠景年(2030年至負荷飽和年)的高中低壓配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃結(jié)果。并從供電可靠性和供電能力提升方面共計28項指標,對規(guī)劃效果進行了量化評價。
