核電廠循環(huán)水管溝布置與結構創(chuàng)新設計

【摘要】:在高緯度地區(qū),受冬季低溫影響,水體中冰絮對供水系統(tǒng)設備的安全運行有重大影響。提出的供水系統(tǒng)采用雙虹吸結構熱水回流融冰系統(tǒng),采取凝汽器后直接取水的措施,充分利用了循環(huán)水泵的余壓與系統(tǒng)余熱,降低了回流系統(tǒng)的運行成本,具有用地省、土建費用合理、運行費用低、與主體工程匹配性好的特點,可供高寒地區(qū)直流供水的核(火)電工程參考。
[Abstract]:In high latitudes, due to the influence of low temperature in winter, ice flocculation in water has a great influence on the safe operation of water supply system equipment. The proposed water supply system adopts double siphon structure hot water reflux and ice melting system, and adopts the measures of taking water directly after condenser, which makes full use of the residual pressure of circulating water pump and the waste heat of the system, reduces the operation cost of the reflux system, and has the characteristics of saving land, reasonable civil construction cost, low operation cost and good matching with the main project, which can be used as a reference for the nuclear (fire) electric engineering of DC water supply in alpine region.
