【摘要】：通過分析現(xiàn)有變電站內(nèi)二次系統(tǒng)存在的設(shè)計(jì)、施工及設(shè)備存在的問題,參考實(shí)際運(yùn)行與維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從設(shè)計(jì)者的角度對工程建設(shè)各階段提出改進(jìn)建議,確保電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行和可靠供電。引入全壽命周期理念,提出了變電站二次設(shè)計(jì)模塊化設(shè)計(jì),以在變電站全壽命周期內(nèi)減少改造、擴(kuò)建所對整站運(yùn)行的影響。分析得出元件、設(shè)備的壽命與使用環(huán)境息息相關(guān),由設(shè)計(jì)角度提出改善環(huán)境的措施,并對設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)提出合理建議。基于全壽命周期成本考慮變電站二次設(shè)備電子、微機(jī)設(shè)備更新?lián)Q代速度快,運(yùn)用“浴盆曲線”對易損元器件壽命周期分析,提出設(shè)計(jì)人員在技術(shù)協(xié)議中簽訂設(shè)備維護(hù)服務(wù)周期,更明確備品備件在整個(gè)工程中的數(shù)量。通過提出新的倉儲模式,為備品備件長期保存提供更可行方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the design, construction and equipment of the secondary system in the existing substation, and referring to the actual operation and maintenance experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement in each stage of the project construction from the point of view of the designer, so as to ensure the safe operation and reliable power supply of the power grid. The concept of whole life cycle is introduced, and the modular design of substation secondary design is put forward in order to reduce the influence of transformation and expansion on the operation of the whole station during the whole life cycle of substation. It is concluded that the life of the equipment is closely related to the operating environment, and the measures to improve the environment are put forward from the design point of view, and some reasonable suggestions for the design of the equipment are put forward. Based on the whole life cycle cost, considering the secondary equipment electronics of substation and the fast replacement speed of microcomputer equipment, this paper analyzes the life cycle of vulnerable components by using "bath basin curve", and puts forward that the designer signs the equipment maintenance service cycle in the technical agreement, and clarifies the quantity of spare parts in the whole project. By putting forward a new storage mode, it provides a more feasible scheme for the long-term preservation of spare parts.
