適用于含DG配電網(wǎng)故障處理性能測試的主站注入測試技術(shù)

【摘要】:論述了適用于含分布式電源(DG)配電網(wǎng)故障性能測試的改進主站注入測試法的平臺組成和工作原理,論述了含DG配電網(wǎng)潮流計算和短路電流計算方法,提出了故障場景自然設(shè)置法,根據(jù)所設(shè)置的故障場景下短路電流的計算結(jié)果和繼電保護定值、配電終端定值、自動裝置的設(shè)置情況等自動判斷是否應(yīng)該保護動作跳閘、自動裝置動作、上報相應(yīng)的故障信息等,可以對健全區(qū)域恢復供電過程中的不當操作引發(fā)的開關(guān)動作或DG和電壓敏感負荷脫網(wǎng)進行模擬,從而更加有效地對配電自動化系統(tǒng)的恢復策略和操作步驟的正確性進行測試檢驗。最后,給出測試實例詳細說明了所論述的測試技術(shù)的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the platform composition and working principle of the improved main station injection test method suitable for fault performance test of (DG) distribution network with distributed power supply, and discusses the calculation methods of power flow and short circuit current of distribution network with DG. The natural setting method of fault scene is put forward. According to the calculation results of short circuit current and relay protection value, distribution terminal value, automatic device setting and so on, whether the protection action should be tripped or not should be judged automatically. The automatic device action and the corresponding fault information can be used to simulate the switch action or DG and voltage sensitive load disconnection caused by improper operation in the process of restoring power supply in a sound area. Thus, the correctness of the recovery strategy and operation steps of the distribution automation system is tested and verified more effectively. Finally, a test example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the test technology.
