短期風(fēng)功率場景質(zhì)量的評估框架構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:短期風(fēng)功率場景作為隨機規(guī)劃的輸入受到廣泛關(guān)注,場景質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到?jīng)Q策結(jié)果的優(yōu)劣。目前大量場景生成方法中,缺乏對場景質(zhì)量的評估,為此,將短期風(fēng)電不確定性分為時間斷面上的隨機性和時段之間的波動性,建立了場景質(zhì)量評估框架。以愛爾蘭電力系統(tǒng)風(fēng)電數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,對是否考慮風(fēng)電出力時段之間相關(guān)性的2類場景進行評估。結(jié)果表明考慮出力相關(guān)性的場景,可以更好地刻畫風(fēng)電隨機性和波動性,能夠為調(diào)度運行及可靠性評估提供更有力的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:Short-term wind power scene is widely concerned as the input of stochastic programming, and the quality of the scene is directly related to the quality of decision-making results. At present, there is a lack of evaluation of scene quality in a large number of scene generation methods. Therefore, the uncertainty of short-term wind power is divided into randomness on time section and volatility between time intervals, and a scene quality assessment framework is established. Using the wind power data of Irish power system as a sample, two types of scenarios considering the correlation between wind power output periods are evaluated. The results show that the scenario considering output correlation can better describe the randomness and volatility of wind power and can provide more powerful technical support for dispatching operation and reliability evaluation.
