基于TVOC檢測的干式空心電抗器過熱故障診斷方法

【摘要】:對運行中的干式空心電抗器進行監(jiān)(檢)測,可以避免其起火燒損。為克服現(xiàn)有幾種監(jiān)(檢)測電抗器運行狀態(tài)方法的局限性,通過試驗找出干式空心電抗器絕緣材料雙酚A型環(huán)氧樹脂在過熱條件下產(chǎn)生的特征氣體總揮發(fā)性有機物(TVOC)。通過設(shè)計干式空心電抗器過熱故障模擬試驗,研究了TVOC體積分數(shù)隨過熱溫度、過熱時間、風速、相對濕度改變時的變化規(guī)律。試驗結(jié)果表明:TVOC體積分數(shù)隨過熱溫度增高而增加,當過熱溫度超過160℃時,TVOC體積分數(shù)高于2×10~( 8);且TVOC體積分數(shù)值受風速影響較大,呈負相關(guān)性。同時計算了TVOC的有效產(chǎn)氣速率,考慮了風速對測量數(shù)據(jù)的影響,并擬合出過熱溫度的求解式。通過模擬試驗驗證,證明了該過熱溫度求解式能較準確的求解出電抗器包封內(nèi)部的過熱溫度,進而判斷干式空心電抗器的過熱狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The dry hollow reactor in operation can be monitored (inspected) to avoid the fire loss. In order to overcome the limitation of several existing methods of monitoring and testing reactor operating state, the characteristic gas total volatile organic compounds (TVOC).) produced by dry hollow reactor insulating material bisphenol A epoxy resin under superheated condition were found out by experiment. The change of TVOC volume fraction with superheating temperature, superheating time, wind speed and relative humidity was studied by simulating the overheating failure of dry hollow reactor.
