直線(xiàn)超聲電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)分析及其微步距輸出特性研究

【摘要】:為了充分利用直線(xiàn)超聲電機(jī)響應(yīng)快、分辨率高的特點(diǎn),并實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)的微步距控制,研究了激勵(lì)信號(hào)對(duì)電機(jī)微步距輸出特性的影響。首先,通過(guò)分析電機(jī)的瞬態(tài)特性,研究了電機(jī)單步距作動(dòng)過(guò)程;其次,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)激勵(lì)信號(hào)的精確控制,分析了雙PWM拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)超聲電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的工作原理,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)器關(guān)斷控制進(jìn)行了研究;最后,分別研究了激勵(lì)信號(hào)周期數(shù)、激勵(lì)電壓峰峰值和激勵(lì)時(shí)間間隔對(duì)電機(jī)微步距特性的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器采用具有泄放回路的零相位關(guān)斷時(shí),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)激勵(lì)信號(hào)的精確控制。當(dāng)以激勵(lì)電壓作為參變量,激勵(lì)時(shí)間間隔大于10ms時(shí),電機(jī)微步距特性曲線(xiàn)具有較強(qiáng)的線(xiàn)性特性,有利于電機(jī)微步距控制;激勵(lì)時(shí)間間隔小于3ms時(shí),能夠有效降低電機(jī)平均速度,實(shí)現(xiàn)低速控制。
[Abstract]:In order to make full use of the fast response and high resolution of the linear ultrasonic motor and realize the micro-step control of the motor, the influence of the excitation signal on the micro-step output characteristic of the motor is studied. Firstly, through the analysis of the transient characteristics of the motor, the single step motion process of the motor is studied. Secondly, in order to realize the precise control of motor excitation signal, the working principle of ultrasonic motor driver with double PWM topology is analyzed, and the switch-off control of the driver is studied by experiments. Finally, the effects of the number of excitation signal periods, the peak and peak excitation voltage and the excitation time interval on the micro-step characteristics of the motor are studied. The experimental results show that the excitation signal can be precisely controlled when the driver adopts zero-phase turn-off with a drain loop. When the excitation voltage is taken as the parameter and the excitation time interval is larger than that of the 10ms, the micro-step characteristic curve of the motor has a strong linear characteristic, which is beneficial to the micro-step control of the motor. When the excitation time interval is less than 3ms, the average motor speed can be effectively reduced and the low speed control can be realized.
