新農(nóng)村風光儲能發(fā)電系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建與運營策略研究

【摘要】:建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村,全面建設(shè)小康社會,是我們黨在深刻分析當前國際國內(nèi)形勢、全面把握我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展階段性特征的基礎(chǔ)上,從黨和國家事業(yè)發(fā)展的全局出發(fā)確定的一項重大歷史任務(wù)。農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中對電能的依賴逐步加大,目前我國農(nóng)業(yè)用電保障機制不夠健全,仍需要發(fā)電廠遠距離輸電以及配套電網(wǎng)設(shè)施解決農(nóng)村用電問題。輸電建設(shè)費用高,遇到用電高峰不夠穩(wěn)定,農(nóng)村電費較為昂貴。新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中迫切需要利用農(nóng)村現(xiàn)有的各項資源,就近節(jié)能發(fā)電,高效利用各項生產(chǎn)生活廢料和可再生能源,增加農(nóng)業(yè)用電穩(wěn)定性與經(jīng)濟性。目前我國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)已進入快速發(fā)展階段,對能源的經(jīng)濟性、可靠性要求尤為突出,農(nóng)村可以利用生物質(zhì)發(fā)電機發(fā)電,利用房屋空置的平臺、魚塘平面修建光伏發(fā)電平臺,同時結(jié)合季風氣候修建風力發(fā)電機組,高低地勢明顯地區(qū)可建立小型抽水蓄能系統(tǒng),采用多種能源產(chǎn)生方式結(jié)合,在村中設(shè)立變電站與儲能電站等設(shè)施。本文主要對風電、太陽能、儲能電站等清潔環(huán)保的新能源技術(shù)進行了分析,根據(jù)不同的農(nóng)村自然條件,構(gòu)建了風光儲能發(fā)電系統(tǒng),研究了風光儲能發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益,提出了風光儲能發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)合運營模式,以保證電源供應(yīng)穩(wěn)定、可靠與高效,多種充電模式為各種農(nóng)用生產(chǎn)工具提供能源保障。
[Abstract]:Building a new socialist countryside and building a well-off society in an all-round way are the basis of our party's profound analysis of the current international and domestic situation and the comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of the stages of our country's economic and social development. From the overall development of the party and the state, a major historical task. In the process of agricultural production, the dependence on electric energy is gradually increased. At present, the agricultural electricity security mechanism in China is not perfect, and it is still necessary to solve the problem of rural power consumption by long-distance transmission of power plants and supporting power grid facilities. Transmission construction costs are high, power peak is not stable enough, rural electricity is more expensive. In the construction of new countryside, it is urgent to make use of the existing resources in the countryside, to save energy and generate electricity nearby, to make efficient use of all kinds of production and living wastes and renewable energy, and to increase the stability and economy of agricultural power consumption. At present, the construction of new countryside in our country has entered the stage of rapid development, and the demand for energy economy and reliability is particularly prominent. In rural areas, biomass generators can be used to generate electricity, houses are left vacant, and photovoltaic power platforms are built on the level of fish ponds. At the same time, with the construction of wind turbine in the monsoon climate, the small pumped storage system can be set up in the high and low terrain area, and the substation and the energy storage power station can be set up in the village by the combination of various energy generation methods. This paper mainly analyzes the new energy technologies of clean and environmental protection, such as wind power, solar energy, energy storage power station and so on. According to the different rural natural conditions, the paper constructs the solar energy storage power generation system. The social and economic benefits of the solar energy storage power generation system are studied, and the combined operation mode of the solar energy storage power generation system is put forward to ensure the stability, reliability and efficiency of the power supply. Various charging modes provide energy security for various agricultural production tools.
