并網(wǎng)換流器系統(tǒng)諧振的分析、檢測(cè)與消除

【摘要】:以風(fēng)能和光伏為代表的可再生能源發(fā)電中廣泛應(yīng)用的并網(wǎng)換流器會(huì)引發(fā)諧振,威脅系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。該文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,回顧了并網(wǎng)換流器系統(tǒng)中諧振分析、檢測(cè)與消除的研究成果。首先介紹了并網(wǎng)換流器系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和控制方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)并網(wǎng)換流器系統(tǒng)的建模與穩(wěn)定性分析方法,重點(diǎn)對(duì)比了基于狀態(tài)空間方程和基于阻抗分析兩種方法。其次,利用基于阻抗分析的方法分析了并網(wǎng)換流器系統(tǒng)的諧振產(chǎn)生機(jī)理,并介紹了目前存在的幾種諧振檢測(cè)方法,指出每種方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn);最后,對(duì)并網(wǎng)換流器系統(tǒng)中諧振的消除方法進(jìn)行了分類和對(duì)比,分析了新型有源阻尼裝置的原理與優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Grid-connected converters, which are widely used in renewable energy generation, such as wind and photovoltaic, will cause resonance and threaten the safe and stable operation of the system. In this paper, the research results of resonance analysis, detection and elimination in grid-connected converter system are reviewed. Firstly, the structure and control method of grid-connected converter system are introduced, and then the modeling and stability analysis methods of grid-connected converter system are summarized, and the two methods based on state space equation and impedance analysis are compared. Secondly, the resonance generation mechanism of grid-connected converter system is analyzed based on impedance analysis, and several existing resonant detection methods are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are pointed out. Finally, the methods of eliminating resonance in grid-connected converter system are classified and compared, and the principle and advantages of the new active damping device are analyzed.
