北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)110kV智能變電站設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:促進(jìn)清潔能源利用、保障能源安全穩(wěn)定、提高能源使用效率已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今能源發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì)。智能變電站是智能電網(wǎng)中的重要中間環(huán)節(jié),智能變電站的技術(shù)水平直接影響著智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)水準(zhǔn)。因此,對(duì)智能變電站設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性研究,形成先進(jìn)合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案,對(duì)智能電網(wǎng)以及智能變電站建設(shè)具有重要意義。智能變電站一方面提高供電可靠性,另一方面通過提升設(shè)備智能化程度減少了后期運(yùn)維投入。按照規(guī)劃,北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)將建設(shè)兩座110kV中心變電站,均按照智能變電站標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),計(jì)劃于2019年建成投運(yùn)。民用機(jī)場(chǎng)用電屬于一級(jí)用電負(fù)荷,其對(duì)于供電保障要求具有極大的安全性、可靠性、穩(wěn)定性,因此,研究北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)110kV智能變電站具有重要意義。本論文以北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)即將建設(shè)的二號(hào)110kV中心變電站為研究對(duì)象,主要工作如下:首先介紹了智能電網(wǎng)、智能變電站的發(fā)展背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;其次,闡述了智能變電站的概念與主要技術(shù)特征;對(duì)智能變電站的幾個(gè)核心技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,包括:IEC 61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)容與特點(diǎn)等、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信結(jié)構(gòu)、一體化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),為后文的一、二次方案研究提供基礎(chǔ);隨后,對(duì)北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)二號(hào)110kV站的初步設(shè)計(jì)方案中的一、二次設(shè)計(jì)部分進(jìn)行了研究,著重分析了智能變電站的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)比分析各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),選取最適合的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí),對(duì)比了智能變電站與傳統(tǒng)變電站的站用電源系統(tǒng),分析智能變電站一體化電源系統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì),完善了設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容;最后對(duì)110kV智能變電站的設(shè)計(jì)研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)論文未完善的地方提出了研究方向。
[Abstract]:It has become a new trend of energy development to promote clean energy utilization, ensure energy security and stability, and improve energy use efficiency. Intelligent substation is an important intermediate link in smart grid. The technical level of intelligent substation directly affects the level of smart grid construction. Therefore, the systematic research on intelligent substation design and the formation of advanced and reasonable design plan are of great significance to the construction of smart grid and intelligent substation. On the one hand, the intelligent substation improves the reliability of power supply, on the other hand, it reduces the later operation and maintenance investment by improving the intelligent degree of the equipment. According to the plan, Beijing's new airport will build two 110kV central substations designed according to smart substation standards, and will be put into operation by 2019. Civil airport power consumption belongs to the first class power load, which has great security, reliability and stability for power supply guarantee. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the 110kV intelligent substation of Beijing New Airport. The main work of this thesis is as follows: firstly, the smart grid, the development background of smart substation, the research status at home and abroad are introduced. Secondly, the concept and main technical features of intelligent substation are expounded. Several core technologies of intelligent substation are studied, including: the content and characteristics of IEC 61850 standard, network communication structure, integrated monitoring system, which provides the basis for the later primary and secondary project research; Then, the primary and secondary design of Beijing New Airport No. 2 110kV Station is studied. The network communication structure of intelligent substation is analyzed, and the characteristics of various network structures are compared and analyzed. Select the most suitable network structure, at the same time, compare the station power supply system between intelligent substation and traditional substation, analyze the advantages of intelligent substation integrated power supply system, improve the design content; Finally, the design and research of 110kV intelligent substation are summarized, and the research direction is put forward.
