棒尖端外形對(duì)低氣壓下棒-板間隙直流放電特性影響研究

【摘要】:為研究棒尖端外形對(duì)低氣壓下棒-板間隙直流放電特性的影響,利用低氣壓放電試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)在2~20 k Pa氣壓下對(duì)錐尖頭、半球頭以及平頭3種棒電極在100~300 mm間隙內(nèi)進(jìn)行直流電壓放電試驗(yàn),并通過(guò)仿真對(duì)不同棒尖端的放電特性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:棒尖端外形會(huì)對(duì)低氣壓下棒-板間隙的放電電壓產(chǎn)生影響,擊穿電壓幅值從小到大依次為:錐尖頭、半球頭、平頭;錐尖頭棒和平頭棒尖端存在局部電場(chǎng)極不均勻點(diǎn),而半球頭棒尖端電場(chǎng)分布較為均勻;隨著氣壓的上升,棒-板間隙的U50%-P曲線呈穩(wěn)定上升趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of rod tip shape on the DC discharge characteristics of rod-plate gap at low pressure, a low-pressure discharge test platform was used to test the conical tip at a pressure of 20 k Pa. The DC voltage discharge tests of three kinds of electrode with hemispherical head and flat head are carried out in a gap of 100m ~ 300mm, and the experimental results of discharge characteristics at different tip of rod are verified by simulation. The results show that the shape of rod tip will affect the discharge voltage of rod-plate gap under low pressure, and the breakdown voltage amplitude from small to large is as follows: cone tip, hemispherical head, flat head; The local electric field at the tip of the cone tip and the flat-headed rod is extremely uneven, while the electric field distribution at the tip of the hemispherical rod is more uniform, and the U50-P curve of the gap between the rod and the plate shows a steady upward trend with the increase of the pressure.
