地理氣象相關的輸電線路風險差異評價方法及指標

【摘要】:運行統(tǒng)計表明,不同區(qū)域不同氣象環(huán)境下輸電線路故障事件頻率、發(fā)生時間等具有較大差異。而現(xiàn)有輸電設備可靠性評價聚焦于同類型設備的整體可靠性性能,忽視了同類型設備的區(qū)域性差異、影響因素差異以及短時性故障聚集效應等特征。為了更準確地反映輸電線路受氣象環(huán)境影響的不同風險水平,有必要研究輸電線路風險差異的分析及評價方法。該文首先分析了輸電線路故障風險差異特征及其原因。然后從區(qū)域電網失效事件的氣象敏感度、區(qū)域線路故障頻率差異、區(qū)域線路故障失效時間差異、線路故障高風險區(qū)段等因素出發(fā)提出了反映輸電線路風險差異的評價方法及指標。可深度揭示關注區(qū)域內線路失效的風險差異特征,充分反映氣象災害的影響規(guī)律及線路的防災抗災能力,可為線路規(guī)劃設計、調度運行、狀態(tài)檢修等提供精細化的信息,有助于管控電網運行風險、提高電力系統(tǒng)可靠性水平。以某省電網的故障樣本進行的實例分析,驗證了所提風險評價方法和指標的適用性和優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:The operation statistics show that there are great differences in the frequency and time of transmission line failure in different regions and different meteorological environments. The reliability evaluation of the existing transmission equipment focuses on the overall reliability performance of the same type of equipment, neglecting the regional differences of the same type of equipment, the difference of influencing factors and the effect of short-term fault aggregation. In order to more accurately reflect the different risk levels of transmission lines affected by meteorological environment, it is necessary to study the analysis and evaluation methods of transmission line risk differences. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of transmission line fault risk difference and its causes. Then, from the meteorological sensitivity of regional power grid failure events, the difference of regional line fault frequency, the difference of regional line fault failure time, The evaluation method and index reflecting the difference of transmission line risk are put forward based on the factors such as high risk section of transmission line fault. It can deeply reveal the risk difference characteristics of the line failure in the area concerned, fully reflect the influence law of meteorological disaster and the disaster prevention and resistance ability of the line, and can provide fine information for the line planning and design, dispatching operation, condition maintenance, etc. It is helpful to control the operation risk of power system and improve the reliability level of power system. The applicability and advantages of the proposed risk assessment methods and indicators are verified by the analysis of the fault samples of a provincial power network.
