基于“日盲”紫外脈沖的變電站絕緣子劣化程度檢測研究

【摘要】:戶外工況下的絕緣子由于環(huán)境因素的作用導(dǎo)致性能劣化,當(dāng)劣化到一定程度時,絕緣性能就會降低,需要對絕緣子的運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行檢測。設(shè)計(jì)一種基于"日盲"紫外脈沖檢測的變電站絕緣子劣化程度遠(yuǎn)距離檢測裝置,并提出運(yùn)用非線性回歸方法尋找絕緣子劣化程度與距離、紫外脈沖數(shù)、環(huán)境濕度間的關(guān)系式,將絕緣子劣化程度以百分?jǐn)?shù)的形式表示并劃分等級,使得檢測結(jié)果清晰直觀。測試結(jié)果證明,該系統(tǒng)能夠判斷絕緣子的劣化程度,推導(dǎo)的劣化程度數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系式能作為絕緣子劣化程度判斷的準(zhǔn)確依據(jù)。此研究結(jié)果可為在線評估變電站絕緣子劣化程度提供方法和思路。
[Abstract]:The performance of insulators under outdoor working conditions is degraded due to the environmental factors. When the insulators deteriorate to a certain extent, the insulation performance will be reduced, so the operation condition of the insulators should be tested. A remote detecting device of insulator deterioration degree in substation based on "sun blind" ultraviolet pulse detection is designed, and a nonlinear regression method is proposed to find the relationship between insulator deterioration degree and distance, ultraviolet pulse number and environmental humidity. The insulator deterioration degree is expressed and graded in percentage form, which makes the detection result clear and intuitive. The test results show that the system can judge the deterioration degree of insulator and the mathematical expression of deterioration degree can be used as the accurate basis for judging the deterioration degree of insulator. The results can be used to evaluate the deterioration of insulators in substation.
