水電站水機電-結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)動力耦聯(lián)模型研究及數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:建立了包括引水系統(tǒng)、水輪機、調(diào)速器、發(fā)電機電磁系統(tǒng)、電網(wǎng)、水電機組軸系及廠房耦聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)等子模型在內(nèi)全新的水電站系統(tǒng)非線性動力耦聯(lián)模型;谒、電機、結(jié)構(gòu)等學(xué)科理論構(gòu)建了涉及水力、機械和電磁等因素的聯(lián)立微分方程組,并采用有限元法建立機組軸系和廠房結(jié)構(gòu)模型。結(jié)合Ansys的二次開發(fā)功能提出了水-機-電多因素影響下機組和廠房耦聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)模型不同工況動力特性的研究方法。采用差分法及特征線法等數(shù)值計算方法,利用該模型對水電站系統(tǒng)的開機工況進行了數(shù)值模擬計算和分析,同時對模型的合理性給予了驗證。計算結(jié)果表明,該模型可以模擬計算水電站系統(tǒng)的開機工況運行過程,并能夠較好反映水電站運行時的各種非線性動力特性。針對水電站系統(tǒng)較為復(fù)雜的特點,該模型的建立可對電站發(fā)電系統(tǒng)進行全面的數(shù)值模擬以評價和預(yù)測其運行安全性和結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性,從而為水電站在極限工況和過渡工況的運行動態(tài)控制提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:A new nonlinear dynamic coupling model of hydropower station system is established, which includes water diversion system, hydraulic turbine, governor, generator electromagnetic system, power grid, power unit shafting and powerhouse coupling structure. Based on the theory of hydraulic, motor and structure, a set of differential equations involving hydraulic, mechanical and electromagnetic factors is constructed, and the model of shafting and powerhouse structure is established by finite element method. Combined with the secondary development function of Ansys, the research method of the dynamic characteristics of the coupled structure model of the unit and the powerhouse under the influence of water, machine and electricity is put forward. By using the difference method and the characteristic line method, the model is used to simulate and analyze the operating conditions of the hydropower station system, and the rationality of the model is verified. The calculation results show that the model can simulate and calculate the operation process of hydropower station system under start-up conditions, and can well reflect all kinds of nonlinear dynamic characteristics of hydropower station. In view of the complex characteristics of hydropower station system, the establishment of the model can carry out comprehensive numerical simulation to evaluate and predict the operation safety and structural reliability of the power generation system. It provides a useful reference for the dynamic control of the hydropower station under the limit and transient conditions.
