基于聚類風(fēng)電場分群及等值建模的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國風(fēng)力發(fā)電的大力發(fā)展,風(fēng)電機(jī)組的大規(guī)模并網(wǎng)對電力系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生越來越大的影響,而由于電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰能力不足、配電線路阻塞和輸電容量不足等原因,風(fēng)電場限電問題已經(jīng)成為風(fēng)電發(fā)展面臨的一大挑戰(zhàn)。特別是在限電嚴(yán)重地區(qū),調(diào)度往往會(huì)隨機(jī)的切除某些風(fēng)電機(jī),這樣往往會(huì)使一些性能較好的風(fēng)電機(jī)組被切除;诰垲愶L(fēng)電場分群及等值建模利用運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)研究風(fēng)力發(fā)電場群建模理論方法。建立風(fēng)電場群動(dòng)態(tài)模型,為電網(wǎng)調(diào)度提供依據(jù),對提高風(fēng)電場群的運(yùn)行效率、減小不穩(wěn)定風(fēng)電場群對電網(wǎng)的沖擊具有重要的意義。本文研究了一種基于風(fēng)電機(jī)組運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)快速更新聚類分群方法。該方法建立風(fēng)電場群模型后通過不斷的滾動(dòng)更新使模型更加具有時(shí)效性。通過仿真對比分析,驗(yàn)證這種方法能保證和實(shí)際模型輸出具有較小的誤差。同時(shí)為電網(wǎng)調(diào)度優(yōu)先級選擇更好的單位,保證電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wind power generation in China, the large-scale grid connection of wind power units has more and more influence on the power system. However, due to the lack of peak shaving capacity of the power grid, the blocking of distribution lines and the insufficient transmission capacity, etc. Wind farm power restriction has become a major challenge for wind power development. Especially in the severely limited power area, the dispatching will remove some wind motors at random, which will make some wind turbine units with better performance be removed. Based on cluster wind farm clustering and equivalent modeling theory and method of wind farm group modeling are studied using operation data. The establishment of dynamic model of wind farm group provides the basis for power grid dispatching. It is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency of wind farm group and reduce the impact of unstable wind farm group on power grid. In this paper, a fast updating clustering method based on wind turbine operation data is studied. After the wind farm group model is established, the model is more time-efficient through continuous rolling updating. The simulation results show that this method can ensure a small error compared with the actual model output. At the same time, select a better unit for power dispatching priority to ensure the stability of power grid operation.
