基于擴(kuò)展反電動勢法的長定子直線同步電機(jī)無速度傳感器控制研究

【摘要】:針對長定子直線同步電機(jī)高速運(yùn)行時,機(jī)械傳感器無法準(zhǔn)確地獲得轉(zhuǎn)子位置和速度信號的問題,研究了一種適合在長定子直線同步電機(jī)中應(yīng)用的擴(kuò)展反電動勢法無速度傳感器控制策略;陂L定子直線同步電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了擴(kuò)展反電動勢法用于長定子直線同步電機(jī)無速度傳感器控制的魯棒性。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了基于鎖相環(huán)的擴(kuò)展反電動勢法無速度傳感器控制能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)高速時電機(jī)的無速度傳感器閉環(huán)控制,并且此方法對電機(jī)參數(shù)變化具有較強(qiáng)的魯棒性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of high-speed operation of the long-stator linear synchronous motor, the problem of the rotor position and speed signal can not be accurately obtained by the mechanical sensor, and the control strategy of the extended back-EMF method suitable for the long-stator linear synchronous motor is studied. Based on the mathematical model of long-stator linear synchronous motor, the robustness of the extended back-EMF method for sensorless control of long-stator linear synchronous motor is analyzed. The simulation and experimental results show that the non-speed sensor control based on the extended back-EMF method of the phase-locked loop can realize the closed-loop control of the speed-free sensor of the motor at high speed, and the method has strong robustness to the change of the parameters of the motor.
