【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)電爐變壓器中復(fù)雜的調(diào)壓繞組和分接頭的頻繁動作會嚴(yán)重影響供電可靠性、降低其使用壽命,還會給電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量以及工藝生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量帶來不利影響。提出了一種新型電子調(diào)壓電爐變壓器,利用含有高壓繞組、工作繞組和控制繞組的三繞組變壓器,以及3個相互配合的變換器,對工作繞組輸出進行調(diào)節(jié),可省略或者大幅減少分接頭,同時實現(xiàn)輸出電壓連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié),因而可大幅提高供電可靠性和供電電能質(zhì)量。詳細(xì)分析了電子調(diào)壓電爐變壓器的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),提出了相應(yīng)的協(xié)調(diào)控制策略。仿真結(jié)果表明了所提電子調(diào)壓電爐變壓器具有良好的性能。
[Abstract]:The frequent action of complex voltage regulating windings and tap joints in traditional electric furnace transformers will seriously affect the reliability of power supply, reduce its service life and adversely affect the power quality of power grid and the quality of process production. A new type of electronic voltage regulating furnace transformer is proposed. The output of the working winding is adjusted by using three winding transformers with high voltage winding, working winding and control winding, as well as three matched converters. The tap can be omitted or greatly reduced, and the output voltage can be adjusted continuously at the same time, so the reliability and quality of power supply can be greatly improved. The topology of the electric furnace transformer is analyzed in detail, and the corresponding coordinated control strategy is put forward. The simulation results show that the proposed transformer has good performance.
