基于安卓操作系統(tǒng)的變電站環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)研究與開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:變電站是電力系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),保障變電站中一次設(shè)備和二次設(shè)備的安全運(yùn)行,關(guān)系到整個(gè)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的可靠性及穩(wěn)定性。變電站環(huán)境是影響變電站設(shè)備工作狀態(tài)及工作性能的重要因素。目前變電站環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)存在監(jiān)測(cè)因子單一、信息化程度不高、人員工作強(qiáng)度大等問(wèn)題,特別是對(duì)溫濕度的監(jiān)測(cè)還處于人工巡視記錄模式,不能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),易產(chǎn)生人為誤差,不能在溫濕度超限的第一時(shí)間發(fā)現(xiàn)異常,造成設(shè)備運(yùn)行的安全隱患。本文結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)通信技術(shù)、自動(dòng)化技術(shù)以及電子技術(shù),提出了一種基于安卓操作系統(tǒng)的變電站環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由下位機(jī)硬件終端及上位機(jī)軟件組成,下位機(jī)以單片機(jī)為核心,具有溫濕度檢測(cè)、顯示、判斷、與上位機(jī)通信等功能;上位機(jī)軟件是在PC機(jī)上搭建安卓開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,安裝SDK軟件,采用JAVA語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)編寫(xiě)APP應(yīng)用程序。該APP軟件具有實(shí)時(shí)顯示變電站溫濕度參數(shù)、下位機(jī)控制、參數(shù)設(shè)置等功能。根據(jù)所設(shè)計(jì)的變電站環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)方案,完成了上位機(jī)及下位機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)及樣機(jī)制作,并進(jìn)行了下位機(jī)傳感器性能測(cè)試、控制性能測(cè)試以及系統(tǒng)整體測(cè)試。針對(duì)測(cè)試過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的傳感器測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)誤差較大問(wèn)題,通過(guò)將中值濾波引入到程序設(shè)計(jì)中提高測(cè)量精度,改進(jìn)后的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)顯示溫度誤差最小為0 ℃,最大為0.4 ℃;濕度測(cè)量誤差最小為0 RH%,最大為3RH%。最后將上位機(jī)軟件安裝在智能手機(jī)上,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)整體測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量較為準(zhǔn)確,APP軟件顯示正常,數(shù)據(jù)異常時(shí)APP報(bào)警正常,控制性能良好。所研究開(kāi)發(fā)的變電站環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)裝置,具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Substation is an important link in power system. It is related to the reliability and stability of the whole power network to ensure the safe operation of the primary and secondary equipments in the substation. Substation environment is an important factor affecting the working state and performance of substation equipment. At present, there are some problems in substation environmental monitoring, such as single monitoring factor, low information level, large working intensity, etc. Especially, the monitoring of temperature and humidity is still in the manual inspection record mode, which can not be monitored in real time, and it is easy to produce human error. Can not be found in the temperature and humidity beyond the first time abnormal, resulting in equipment operation safety risks. A substation environment monitoring system based on Android operating system is presented in this paper, which combines computer communication technology, automation technology and electronic technology. The system is composed of the hardware terminal of the lower computer and the software of the upper computer. The lower computer takes the single chip computer as the core and has the functions of temperature and humidity detection, display, judgment, communication with the upper computer, etc. The upper computer software is to build the Android development environment on the PC computer, install the SDK software, and use JAVA language to develop and write the APP application program. The APP software can display the temperature and humidity parameters of substation, control the lower computer and set the parameters in real time. According to the design of substation environment monitoring system, the design and prototype of upper computer and lower computer are completed, and the performance test, control performance test and whole system test of lower computer sensor are carried out. Aiming at the large error of sensor measurement data found in the testing process, the median filter is introduced into the program to improve the measurement accuracy.
