配電設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:配電設(shè)備檢修目前普遍應(yīng)用的是計(jì)劃?rùn)z修模式,但周期性計(jì)劃?rùn)z修會(huì)造成檢修不足從而造成設(shè)備的故障損壞,影響電網(wǎng)可靠穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行,還會(huì)造成檢修過剩,產(chǎn)生不必要的停電,造成人力物力的資源浪費(fèi),降低勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。狀態(tài)檢修以設(shè)備當(dāng)前的實(shí)際運(yùn)行狀況為依據(jù),通過狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)手段并利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及通信技術(shù),對(duì)設(shè)備的歷史狀況、當(dāng)前狀況以及同類設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行比較分析,判斷設(shè)備的異常,識(shí)別設(shè)備故障的早期征兆,對(duì)故障部位嚴(yán)重程度及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做出判斷,從而確定其在故障發(fā)生前最佳檢修時(shí)機(jī)。本文調(diào)研分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,從種類繁多的配電設(shè)備中,梳理需要進(jìn)行狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)的重要配電設(shè)備;分析這些配電設(shè)備所涉及的相關(guān)狀態(tài)量,篩選出對(duì)其健康狀態(tài)有較大直接影響的關(guān)鍵狀態(tài)量,研究設(shè)備關(guān)鍵狀態(tài)量的綜合監(jiān)測(cè)方法,研發(fā)集多狀態(tài)量的綜合傳感監(jiān)測(cè)裝置套件,研究監(jiān)測(cè)裝置套件在不同配電設(shè)備上的部署方式。根據(jù)無源聲表面波技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,研究其在配電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)中的傳感和測(cè)量技術(shù),以及基于聲表面波無源無線溫度采集方案,同時(shí)研發(fā)配電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置。分析適用于配電設(shè)備關(guān)鍵狀態(tài)量監(jiān)測(cè)的通信技術(shù),面向設(shè)備關(guān)鍵狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)構(gòu)建通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)。針對(duì)開關(guān)柜、電纜等重要配電設(shè)備,研究其運(yùn)行環(huán)境信息與設(shè)備運(yùn)檢信息等非設(shè)備狀態(tài)信息,挖掘其與設(shè)備健康狀態(tài)的影響關(guān)系,建立集設(shè)備狀態(tài)、運(yùn)檢狀態(tài)、環(huán)境狀態(tài)為一體的全方位評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;結(jié)合大量歷史數(shù)據(jù)以及故障分析結(jié)果,分析設(shè)備關(guān)鍵狀態(tài)量與其健康狀態(tài)水平之間的映射關(guān)系,提出重要配電設(shè)備的狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建配電設(shè)備狀態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。并用于指導(dǎo)配電設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)價(jià)與檢修。通過本文的研究與應(yīng)用,對(duì)促進(jìn)配電設(shè)備的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)價(jià)與檢修工作,對(duì)提高設(shè)備健康水平、保證電網(wǎng)安全、可靠運(yùn)行具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the mode of planned maintenance is widely used in the maintenance of distribution equipment, but periodic scheduled maintenance will lead to insufficient maintenance, which will result in the failure and damage of the equipment, affect the reliable and stable operation of the power network, and also cause the oversupply of maintenance. Generating unnecessary power outages, resulting in a waste of human and material resources, reducing labor productivity. Based on the actual operating condition of the equipment, the paper compares and analyzes the historical condition, the current condition and the operation condition of the same kind of equipment by means of condition monitoring and using computer network and communication technology. Judging the anomaly of equipment, identifying the early signs of equipment failure, judging the severity and development trend of the fault location, and determining the best repair time before the fault occurs. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad, combing the important distribution equipment that needs to be evaluated from a wide variety of distribution equipment. This paper analyzes the relevant state quantities involved in these distribution equipments, screens out the critical state quantities which have a greater direct impact on their health, studies the comprehensive monitoring methods of the critical state quantities of the equipment, and develops a set of integrated sensor monitoring devices with multi-state quantities. To study the deployment of monitoring device suite on different distribution equipment. According to the application status of passive saw technology, the sensor and measurement technology in on-line monitoring of distribution equipment, and the passive wireless temperature acquisition scheme based on saw are studied. At the same time, the on-line monitoring device of distribution equipment is developed. This paper analyzes the communication technology suitable for monitoring the critical state of distribution equipment, and constructs the communication network architecture for the monitoring of the critical state of the distribution equipment. In view of the important distribution equipment such as switchgear and cable, this paper studies the non-equipment state information such as the operation environment information and the equipment operation and inspection information, excavates the influence relation between the operation environment information and the equipment health state, establishes the collection equipment state, the operation inspection state, etc. The comprehensive evaluation index system of environmental state; Based on a large number of historical data and fault analysis results, this paper analyzes the mapping relationship between the critical state quantity of equipment and its health state level, puts forward the state evaluation criteria of important distribution equipment, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of distribution equipment state. And used to guide the distribution equipment condition monitoring, evaluation and maintenance. Through the research and application of this paper, it is of great significance to promote the condition monitoring, evaluation and maintenance of distribution equipment, to improve the health level of equipment, to ensure the safety and reliable operation of power grid.
