【摘要】：多孔板對(duì)于電除塵器內(nèi)氣流均勻起著重要作用,目前已經(jīng)有一些關(guān)于多孔板阻力特性的研究。但是大部分研究集中在低開(kāi)孔率、少孔數(shù)的多孔板上,而針對(duì)電除塵器內(nèi)使用的中高開(kāi)孔率、多孔數(shù)的多孔板阻力特性研究較少。該文針對(duì)開(kāi)孔率0.3≤?≤0.68,孔數(shù)116≤n≤1567,相對(duì)厚度0.21≤t/d≤0.5的多孔板進(jìn)行了阻力特性研究,旨在得出多孔板的幾何參數(shù)以及管內(nèi)流動(dòng)狀態(tài)對(duì)阻力系數(shù)的影響。試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)阻力系數(shù)均隨著開(kāi)孔率、雷諾數(shù)、相對(duì)厚度的增大而降低,開(kāi)孔率的影響最為顯著,相對(duì)厚度次之,雷諾數(shù)影響最小。文中還提出了估計(jì)此類型多孔板阻力系數(shù)的表達(dá)式,為今后科學(xué)研究及實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Porous plate plays an important role in the airflow uniformity of electrostatic precipitator. At present, there have been some researches on the resistance characteristics of porous plate.
