基于DVR的感應電動機柔性快速再啟動方法

【摘要】:對感應電動機失電后存在的殘壓影響及其再啟動的問題進行了研究,提出利用動態(tài)電壓恢復器補償一個幅值和相位逐漸變化的"柔性電壓",保證電動機的供電電壓在再啟動初始時刻和殘壓相等,隨后幅值逐漸增大、相位逐漸移動直到和電源電壓相等,使得感應電動機可以快速再啟動,同時可以大幅減小再啟動過程中的沖擊電流和沖擊轉矩。提出了一種無靜差地跟蹤"柔性電壓"的控制方法,通過對比分析,說明所提控制方法具有簡單、可靠、快速的特點;通過理論分析及軟件仿真,證明了所提控制方法的有效性以及動態(tài)電壓恢復器在感應電動機再啟動方面應用的可行性。
[Abstract]:The influence of residual voltage and the problem of restarting of induction motor after power loss are studied. A dynamic voltage restorer is proposed to compensate a "flexible voltage" in which the amplitude and phase change gradually, which ensures that the power supply voltage of the motor is equal to the residual voltage at the initial start of the motor, and then the amplitude increases gradually. The phase moves gradually up to the same voltage as the power supply, which enables the induction motor to restart quickly, while greatly reducing the impulse current and the impact torque during the restarting process. This paper presents a control method for tracking "flexible voltage" without static error. Through comparison and analysis, it is proved that the proposed control method is simple, reliable and fast, and through theoretical analysis and software simulation, The effectiveness of the proposed control method and the feasibility of the application of dynamic voltage restorer in induction motor restart are proved.
