【摘要】：針對含戶用光伏系統(tǒng)的社區(qū)能源網(wǎng)絡(luò)有功調(diào)配需求,提出一種前推回代優(yōu)化算法。該方法將光伏發(fā)電單元、儲能單元與公共連接點(diǎn)(point of common coupling,PCC)整合成參數(shù)時(shí)變的虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,以"約束條件逐層回代,優(yōu)化目標(biāo)逐層前推"的優(yōu)化方式,求解社區(qū)能源網(wǎng)絡(luò)多目標(biāo)組合優(yōu)化問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,依托社區(qū)能源網(wǎng)絡(luò)示范工程,開發(fā)能量管理平臺對前述算法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。測試結(jié)果證明,前推回代優(yōu)化算法可以根據(jù)設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài),智能調(diào)整變量區(qū)間,重構(gòu)優(yōu)化算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)能源網(wǎng)絡(luò)有功統(tǒng)一調(diào)配,并在充分考慮儲能設(shè)備生命周期內(nèi)剩余工作能力的條件下,實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)能源網(wǎng)絡(luò)光伏利用率最大化、儲能利用率最大化、PCC有功功率波動最小化的組合優(yōu)化目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:According to the demand of active power allocation in the community energy network with household photovoltaic system, a forward push-back optimization algorithm is proposed. In this method, photovoltaic power generation unit, energy storage unit and common connection point (point of common coupling,PCC) are integrated into a virtual network model with time-varying parameters, and the optimization method is "the constraint condition is replaced layer by layer, the target is pushed forward layer by layer". To solve the multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem of community energy network. On this basis, based on the community energy network demonstration project, the development of energy management platform to verify the above algorithm. The test results show that the forward push-back optimization algorithm can adjust the interval of variables intelligently and reconstruct the optimization algorithm according to the working state of the equipment, so as to realize the unified allocation of active power in community energy network. Under the condition of fully considering the remaining working capacity in the life cycle of energy storage equipment, the combinatorial optimization goal of maximizing the photovoltaic utilization ratio of community energy network and minimizing the fluctuation of active power fluctuation of PCC is realized.
